It was very nice, the view was good, staff was also great, also thanks to Elias for the wonderful service…

I was there with my boyfriend for new year and honestly it was the best one we've had,the room was amazing especially the heating and everything else,big shoutout to the waiter Elias.

I would never go back to this hotel. I have stayed there twice in 8 days, because that was the place Rainbow Tours used as an accommodation for their groups. My experience is mixed:
Restaurant and food served could be rated at 4 stars.
Swimming pool closed, although hotel is advertised as the hotel with pool
And now the ugly staff:
After first night (first day of our tour) I and my wife woke up with some red marks (BITES) on our arms and backs.
Our tour operator (representative) suggested mosquitoes, we accepted it as valid explanation. For next 6 days the red marks did not disappeared, they were extremely itchy and painful, so we used some ointment, which provided not much of relief.
On our last day of tour around Greece, Rainbow Tours again picked the same hotel. By lack of luck we got the same room as on the first day!
Sure enough after we woke up, we have noticed new red bite marks on our skin.
I have decided to inspect our bed carefully.
Sure enough I located culprits !(BED BUGS) I have the pictures of bed bugs and bites they caused on our bodies.
Immediately after that I have informed the hotel front desk and Rainbow Tours about the situation
After coming home I’ve written letter to tour operator, now it is three weeks since we made official complain and there is no response from hotel nor the Rainbow Tour.
On the base of my experience and the hotel as well as the Rainbow Tour response to my complain the ratting should “0” .

So this hotel when me and my group first arrived was so lovely the staff were so helpful and nice and always happy to provide us with services like booking taxis and so on. However the WiFi was painfully slow and sometimes not working and made me use a lot of my mobile data which I could have saved for home use so they definitely need to fix this.

Furthermore there was an incident the last day before our stay where the manager I assumed interrupted us at lunch to say that we didn’t make a payment to the pool bar although this was an issue raised days prior and we had said time and time again we paid then the pool boy came and the bank statement was shown saying the payment was processed and he admitted was his mistake we were then followed by a waitress to make sure we paid so it’s like we were being talked about amongst the staff when I told the manager I wasn’t happy about this he took no accountability and showed no remorse. This dissapointed me a lot as we are all black and it made me feel very uncomfortable and judged. As a result we will not be staying here again.

nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel , après passage a la réception , on nous a attribué la chambre 318 , qui avait une odeur de moisi ! après échange , on nous a donné la 215 , qui était un peu mieux , mais cet hôtel est très vieillot , dans son jus ! que ce soit , les chambres ou l'extérieur ! la moquette des chambres est avec des trous , des taches , de la moisissures dans la salle de bains , le lit encore équipé de couverture et drap ! il y a plein de poussière sous le lit ! piscine pas encore opérationnelle ( d'apparence trop tôt pour la saison ! )cet hôtel ne mérite pas mieux que 2 étoiles ! a part le calme de l'environnement , il faut fuir cette hôtel !

Fiyat performans açısından pahalı bir otel. Otel çok eskiydi. Banyosu dardı. Otopark için otelin içinde geniş bir alanı vardı ve ücretsizdi. Bizi karşılayan personel çok güler yüzlü, neşe doluydu. Balkonu ve manzarası çok iyiydi. Otel oldukça tepede bir yerde Selanik' i tepeden görüyordu ve arabayla ulaşımı kolaydı.

The best stay iv had! the rooms were clean, the food was amazing, the breakfast was great, the mattresses were clean, very good recommended i would come back any time, staff is very nice and kind, we also tried the restaurant that was i would rate it 5 stars, the chefs must be amazing, i can see too that all of the food is bought locally. perfect!

Booked a double bed, but it was two single mattresses put together. Bathroom was dated and poorly maintained. No plug for the bath. Shower attachment was dirty and no proper fixing.

Wonderful staff! So helpful

The hotel looks nice on the outside but the rooms are average. The breakfasts are varied in meals which is a plus. The service is nice. Before getting there we were not advised that the pool is out of service but we got a shuttle bus to the town for free. Location with nice views but far from the city.

Very quiet area

The surrounding of the hotel, in the hill with nature and calm was fantastic. They offer a free shuttle to go to the city centre (archeological museum) many times per day, so you can manage your tour or visiting the city. Friendly and helpful staff. The negative is that pool is cool but too loud the music in the pool area. Only open until 19 h. Normal breakfast.

A skata hole hotel that nothing works.
Never been upgraded since the time of Philip's son Alexander when he fought the Persians.
Breakfast it's ok if you are a refugee, hungry, thirsty and lost in a far away land.
If you want to pay for the view go sleep in the tent outside with the bears or the stray dogs.
If you stay there a night or eat their food
you will come to the same opinion as I.

We stayed 5 nights in October 2020. At that time the hotel is simply not geared for guests. The hotel is isolated and therefore the promised shuttle for town is vital. The service was not operated. The pool was empty. Poor breakfast. Internet did not work in the rooms most of the time, although we asked every day. There were hardly any guests, which made the stay unpleasant. Facilities are old. There was a mosquitos problem. We had to fight them every night before sleeping. It may looked better in August. We would not recommend or come again.

Brilliant hotel from start to finish. Reception staff very helpful and welcoming. Pool staff excellent including the 2 life guards who you could have a laugh with. Girl at pool bar was brilliant also serving us '2 beers every hour haha'. Restaurant staff great too and food very Greek and tasty and good value. Thank you for the week from irish couple:)
