Seaside and beach were wonderful. Our room should have been more clean, especially under the bed.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, within a 5 minute walk of the beach with amazing sea views from the balcony. All the hotel employees are incredibly welcoming, attentive and friendly. Special mentions go to Manos and Anastasia from the pool bar and Alice in the restaurant.

Das Hotel ist sauber und liegt sehr gut gelegen auf der Insel. Das Personal ist nett und höflich. Sehr hilfsbereit und jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt.

Was aber etwas zu bemängeln wäre ist das Buffet. Die Auswahl ist jeden Tag das selbe. Dabei kommt es nicht an ob morgens oder abends. Wir hatten nur Frühstück und haben mal abends im Hotel gegessen. Das hat 25€ pro Person zusätzlich gekostet. Das kann man sich sparen und außerhalb essen. Für den Preis gibt es viele leckere Sachen.

Was noch positiv ist , es gibt einen Fahrdienst. Dieser bringt einem zum Zimmer oder holt einen auch ab. Das Hotel ist komplett in den Hang gebaut. Also sehr steil.

Wenn man das passende Zimmer bucht, hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht und einfach einen Klasse Aufenthalt. Meine Frau und ich hatten ein superior Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick. Das Frühstück ist ganz okay und es ist für jeden was dabei. Das Abendessen können wir nicht bewerten. Je höher man wohnt, desto höher muss man auch auf den "Berg". Parken am Zimmer war kein Problem und mir fiel es auch nicht schwer. Definitiv ein top Aufenthalt!

The restaurant and bar staff are lovely but that still does not make up for the state of the room.
The pictures of the Superior Room on the hotel website are misleading.
The pictures attached show the grim reality of their Superior Rooms.
I spoke to the front desk who told me that
"yes, your room is superior but all rooms are different"
Luckily we were just staying for 2 nights.

Add to this:
• no hot water on both days (front desk said the water situation impacted everyone as if she thought that made us feel better
• tiny bathroom
• no sound proofing in the room. It's possible to hear everything in the adjoining room
• clothes storage that was just an open shelf unit
• no extra bed (we didn't need one but the website said it had one"
• standard domestic fridge in the room that made a racket
• no tea / coffee making facilities (well, unless you consider three packets of Green Tea (nothing else) to nail that feature) The room was tired. The one piece of furniture was cracked and splitting where the cheap MDF material had got damp.

We strongly believe it is the worst hotel bedroom we have ever experienced.

But as I said at the start. The restaurant team and bar team were delightful.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel an der Ostküste zwischen Korfu Stadt und den Bergen im Norden. Durch die Hanglage immer Ausblick auf die Meeresbucht gegeben. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bemüht, entstandene Probleme zu lösen. Unbedingt Mietwagen buchen, da doch etwas abseits gelegen. Parkplätze waren vorhanden, wurden aber mit Beginn der Saison immer knapper. Frühstück mit warmen und kalten Speisen. Der Kaffee schmeckte schrecklich und die Kaffeemaschine machte bei den Milchkaffees anfangs Probleme. Das Frühstück war leider in der Woche immer das gleiche. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, aber war leider nicht das ursprüngliche griechische Essen, was wir uns erwartet hatten. Lieber nur Frühstück buchen, Restaurants und Tavernen gibt es im Umkreis genug zu günstigen Preisen. Wir hatten drei Tage kein warmes Wasser, würde aber dann repariert. Pool ist relativ groß und wunderschön gelegen, aber Ende April noch viel zu kalt.

Mooi hotel op een mooie locatie. In de directe omgeving is niet heel veel te doen en naar het strand beneden is een flink klimmetje terug omhoog. Maar er rijdt ook een gratis shuttle bus. Met een huurauto kom je op alle leuke plekken van het eiland en je kan je auto makkelijk parkeren in de buurt van je kamer. Onder de berg bij het hotel is ook een bushalte, als je liever met t openbaar vervoer gaat. Er zijn lekkere bedden, nette ruime kamers met prachtig uitzicht over de baai. Het enige nadeel aan de kamer was dat het balkon alleen een klein laag muurtje heeft als afscheiding met de buren, dus je zit naast elkaar op het balkon. Het hotel ligt tegen een berg aan met veel trappen naar de eetzaal, maar dan loop je wel meteen al de calorieën van het buffet er weer af… de eetzaal is ook met uitzicht op de baai en mogelijk om buiten te eten, heerlijk buffet, zowel ‘s morgens als ‘s avonds veel keuze.
Mooi zwembad, wel ijskoud water en dat terwijl wij er aan t eind van het seizoen waren en net heel de week 26 graden was geweest.

Great view, comfortable room, great breakfast, close to the beach and all amenities (bus stop, car hire, restaurants and shops). Gym was nice and fully equipped (not shown in pictures). Didn't mind climbing the stairs to get to room.

Great hotel with wonderful friendly and attentive staff. Would recommend to anyone for a peaceful break!

Wir hatten nach unserer Albanienreise vier Nächte in Pantokrator verbracht: wir wohnten im superschönen Zimmer 207 mit Sea view.

Der Pool ist schön, haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt: wir sind Strandgänger und haben viele schöne Strände von Westen über Norden nach Osten in Korfu besucht.
Die Liegen am Pool sind wie überall und meistens von Deutschen bereits am frühen Morgen vor dem Frühstück bereits reserviert.

Wir haben auch einmal Abendessen ausprobiert, aber es ist generell nicht unseres: wir mögen einfach nicht Menschenmassen, die am Buffet wühlen. Die Qualität der Speisen ist gut und die Auswahl ist ausreichend.
Wir haben jedoch bevorzugt kleine familiären Tavernen entlang der Küste anzufahren um Korfus wunderbaren Flair noch mehr zu erleben:
*Fiisherman’s Cabin
*Bar Taverne Elisabeth
*Lampadina.
Auch die kleine Taverne um die Ecke“Panorama Kitchen & Bar“ ist herrlich und hat hervorragende Speisenqualität.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, von allen soll die Leistung im Restaurant hervorgehoben werden.

Die Verbindung zu anderen Städten ist mäßig: der Bus kommt alle zwei Stunden, ist unpünktlich und stets überfüllt.
Wir haben im Dorf ein Auto gemietet (bei Kings, wurden jedoch den Autovermieteter nicht empfehlen), sowie das Boot (Michalas in Paleokasrtritsa). Das war richtig herrlich.
Zudem haben wir Paragliding gemacht (mit Motor) und waren danach einfach von der Inselschönheit überwältigt

I booked a standard Seaview room on front with Expedia. On checkin receptionist told me we had an upgrade to 607. This was the furthest back, impossible to walk to pool, restaurant etc. Upgrade was a lie as room was basic, plastic shower curtain etc. I do not appreciate being lied to. I asked for a change nearer to pool, was told hotel fully booked (what happened to my room then??). We were told 1 room left 215 near to facilities. We took this, but it was a mistake, no privacy at all, ground floor corner balcony overlooking kitchens, noisy chimney all day/night. It was like Piccadilly Circus with constant traffic of people past balcony at front and at the back of room was the cleaners storage where staff congregated at times, sitting on steps outside room.
This was third time I stayed at this hotel and expected better service and at least some loyalty, but it was not to be.

The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent as were restaurant staff.

Pool was large and clean, no wasps!!

An amazing experience at this hotel. Thank you to the wonderful staff. We had a great time. The Buffett breakfast is incredible and the pool and views are world class... Great gym too.
Friday night live band in bar area. Very entertaining..
