We had a really nice stay at the Pelican Town Hotel. It is extremely conveniently located to the main town, though it is on top of a hill (as most other hotels in the area). The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the views from the hotel were incredible. Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff.

Friendly hosts, incredible views, wonderful breakfasts, comfy beautiful room and balcony. Stay here!
Pros:

We were welcomed and looked after so warmly by all the people running this charming, beautifully decorated hotel. Our spotless room and large balcony were perched on the hill with absolutely THE BEST view of Mykonos harbour and the old town. A quiet little sanctuary, it was just a five minute walk down the hill to dozens of excellent restuarants and shops. Hotel breakfasts were delicious. All types of tastes are catered for, but the freshly baked orange cake, Greek phyllo spinach & feta pies, olives and fresh cheeses were our favourites, not to mention the lovely ladies that prepared them!

Cons:

We loved everything about the Pelican Hotel!

Great Stay!
Pros:

Great little hotel situated close, walking distance, to town. In an elevated position with great views. Super clean. Nice room, hot shower. Good buffet breakfast options. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The hotel is situated on a very steep hill. I consider myself reasonably fit but I did not look forward to the hike back up the hill to get back to the hotel!

Clean, comfortable room with a great view!
Pros:

Breakfast was fabulous, lots of variety. We knew we had many stairs to climb, up and down, but that was perfectly fine for us. It was so easy to access a stairwell at the bottom of the stairs to the shops, restaurants and attractions. In addition, this access made it very quick for us to get to wherever we needed to be (bus stop, ferry). We had a lovely view of the town and ocean from our patio deck. It made for a wonderful area to relax at the end of our day.

O hotel é muito bom, café da manhã é bem servido e localização também.

Cons:

O atendimento é decepcionante, principalmente da responsável.
Reservei junto com um casal de amigos e eles ficaram no quarto correto, o meu foi diferente do que reservamos. A dona, super ignorante, disse que não podia fazer nada e que era nesse quarto que eu ficaria. Paguei mais caro por um quarto vista mar e ela me colocou em um quarto no andar da recpcão com varanda aberta pra qualquer um entrar e sem vista mar. Reclamei com o booking e nao fui atendido de imediato. Abri reclamação na ouvidoria e aguardo retorno.

The room, the view and the friendly staff! They were always coming across as a great host and helpful advice.

Cons:

Nothing that I didn't like. It's no fault of theirs but due to the landscape the hotel is on a slope which makes it a steep climb up and down the hill.
