Overall, it was a good stay, but the renovation noise was very annoyin
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect, everything was close by. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms and the bathroom were comfortable, and the staff was good especially the older employee at the reception

Cons:

What I didn’t like was that there was renovation work on the floor below me. The work started early in the morning and there were very annoying sounds, making it practically impossible to stay inside the room.

Pros:

Beliggenheden er perfekt i den centrale del af byen uden at ligge direkte på hovedstrøget. Værelset var virkeligt godt til prisen - god seng, moderne og praktisk indrettet. Personalet var søde, hjælpsomme og imødekommende.

Immer wieder, schöner Start und schöner Abschluß des Urlaubs
Pros:

Wie immer perfekt. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer im 5. Stock, Dachterrasse und Balkon. Zentral gelegenes Hotel, unweit vom Morsinibrunnen und unserer Lieblingstaverne "Siga siga". Nicht weit davon das " Peskesi ", ein Spitzenrestaurant (ökologisch orientiert) mit einer außergewöhnlichen Speisekarte (Empfehlung wenn es der Geldbeutel zulässt).
Wir übernachten eigentlich immer im Kastro wenn wir in Heraklion sind und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Liebenswürdig Personal, angenehmes Ambiente, sehr gutes Frühstück. Was will man mehr.
