Hotel céntrico y con personal muy amable, pero con deficiencias
La ubicación es buena, aunque difícil llegar en coche. Tienen aparcamiento concertado cercano, pero las calles son muy estrechas y complicadas. Eso compensa con estar al lado del centro comercial, del puerto y del museo arqueológico.
El avión salía muy temprano y tuvieron la amabilidad de improvisar un desayuno a las 5 de la mañana para nuestra salida.
Estuvimos dos veces en este hotel en el viaje y hay una gran diferencia de calidad in confort entre unas habitaciones y otras. Las de la quinta planta estupendas, con una terraza colectiva delante muy útil para reuniones de amigos. En la segunda estancia las de la 2ª y 3ª planta bastante pequeñas y peores y además con sensación de estar en obras.
Un gran defecto es que en las habitaciones no hay armarios, solo colgadores y en algunas un cajón y poco mas. Hemos vista unas 8 habitaciones y en este sentido adolecen de lo mismo.

Nice hotel, especially 4th floor in which I stayed, seems to be the floor with the most modern rooms maybe?
Breakfast is ok, but with a lot of german and other european guests, we expect that breakfast is finished when its announced to start. Its boring to raise up early and find out thar breakfast is only half-way finished at starting point. Should be improved. I also miss fresh fruit f ex watermelons. And maybe real ham and bacon, and not poor fatty cheap products instead. People prefer more healthy products.
We have stayed in the Kastro hotel twice before. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean and the staff are pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well located, within easy walking distance of the town, the harbour, museums etc. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Nur ein einziger Fluchtweg über die Treppe scheint mir ungenügend.
