Pros:

L'emplacement était parfait pour visiter Heraklion. Personnel très disponible. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel et fait maison.
La chambre était spacieuse, moderne et équipée.

Pros:

Curățenia din camera extraordinară, serviciu de menaj zilnic, masa și fier de calcat in camera. Micul dejun variat iar pentru luat masa de prânz și cină hotelul este amplasat foarte aproape de taverne. Strada unde este localizat este un liniștită dar aproape de orice ai nevoie, farmacii, magazine, obiective turistice. Personalul serviabil și foarte bine dispus mereu, chiar ne-au ajutat cu taxi pentru aeroport. As reveni cu drag la acest hotel!

Für Unternehmungen in Iraklio und Umgebung, wie Knossos, Archanes,
Juchtas, hervorragend. Hotel vom Flugplatz und o. g. Ausflugsziele mit ÖPNV gut zu erreichen. Zur Fußgängerzone 200m.
Ruhig obwohl im Zentrum, selbst die Überflüge sind kaum zu hören.

Η τοποθεσία εξυπηρετικότατη ,ακριβώς δίπλα στο κέντρο ,δίπλα σου ακριβώς και πάρκινγκ επι πληρωμή με πολύ καλό προσωπικό .
Ωραίο πρωινό και καθαρό δωμάτιο με καθημερινή αλλαγή ιματισμού μπάνιου .

Ο κλιματισμός απελπιστικός !! ,έξω είχε 26 βαθμούς το δωμάτιο το χτυπούσε ο ήλιος και δεν μπορούσαμε να το βάλουμε να δουλέψει κάτω από 22βαθμους γιατί πάει λέει όλος ο ροφός στην ίδια θερμοκρασία και όσο και να ζεσταινόμαστε ας ανοίξουμε την μπαλκονόπορτα .6/4 με άπνοια .Ο σύζυγος μου έκανε το ένα μπάνιο μετά το άλλο να δροσιστεί .
Επίσης Απρίλιο μήνα κάνουν ανακαίνιση και ως το βράδυ είχαν τροχό και άλλα εργαλεία στον τέταρτο όροφο και ενώ μέναμε στον δεύτερο ακουγόντουσαν .βεβαια μετά από παρατήρηση μου στην ρεσεψιόν το πρώτο βράδυ 22:55 σταμάτησαν 23:10 και τα επόμενα βράδια δεν έκαναν φασαρία μέχρι τόσο αργά ..αλλά μεσημέρι δεν μπορούσες να κλείσεις μάτι ..

Pros:

Merci à toute l’équipe, tout le personnel était aux petits soins. Un 3* qui est plus proche du 4*. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables, avec tout l’équipement et l’aménagement nécessaire ; un grand merci aux femmes de chambre, aux réceptionnistes et aux dames du petit déjeuner. Un gros bonus pour le petit déjeuner qui est fabuleux ! De quoi régaler tout un chacun ! Et l’emplacement au top. Nous savons où revenir à notre prochaine visite d’Heraklion !
