Sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Top Lage- sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr guter Service vor allem im Restaurant. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und der Buffetbereich war sehr sauber.
Teller etc. wurden sehr zügig abgeräumt und die Tische waren stets sauber- hervorragend.
Sehr schöne gepflegte Poolanlage und der schöne Indoorpool mit warmen Wasser wurde ausgiebig von unserer Tochter genutzt.

Cons:

Die Rotweine waren uns abends zu warm und müssten mindestens auf Rotweintemperatur gekühlt werden.
Nur griechische Rotweine im Sortiment- ein paar internationale weine wären wünschenswert

Très bon séjour avec un personnel aux petits soins
Pros:

- Formule tout inclus avec du choix en nourriture (bonne qui plus est)
- Personnel très sympathique et souriant

Cons:

L’insonorisation pourrait être meilleure car on entend parfois les chasses d’eau des voisins du dessus

Treated like royalty at Theartemis Palace
Pros:

Stayed here the first week in November. The hotel was exemplary in ever way. The design was modern yet tasteful. The rooms were spacious and well-designed. We had a superior double in the main building with a very quiet corner room. Weather was still warm enough to swim in the sea most days but the outdoor pool was only for especially hardy souls. We loved the small indoor heated pool in the annex. It was the best of all worlds. The included breakfast buffet was stellar and all staff members were attentive and cheerful. Can't wait to return next fall!

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Chambres bien équipées et propres, personnel au petit soin et buffet petit déjeuner et repas très variés

Cons:

Globalement on a tout aimé, juste un peu étrange de faire payer le coffre fort dans la chambre et pour améliorer encore, tv permet une sorte de connexion Bluetooth avec téléphone mais en audio seulement, dommage de ne pas pouvoir connecter pour regarder des films. Le buffet dessert est varié mais serait meilleur avec des déserts moins crémeux.

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfūhlen!
Pros:

Die Lage ist etwas zurūck versetzt von der Strandpromenade und somit ruhiger.
Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Gartensitzplatz, was mir sehr gefallen hat Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und komfortabel.
Das Frūhstūcksbuffet und Abendessen ist vorzūglich.
Erwāhnen möchte ich auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

L'emplacement est top, la plage juste à côté mais un peu éloigné de la vielle ville (30min à pieds).
Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et généreux mais certains produits mériteraient un peu plus de qualité.

Cons:

Les horaires de la piscine intérieure. Fermeture à 18h quand le soleil se couche à 17h30 hors saison c'est dommage.

Pros:

La piscine étoilée la nuit, la petite piscine couverte et chaude. La literie du double lit. La salle d’eau et la chambre sont très bien. Le choix du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le lit d’appoint pour notre fils était extrêmement dure. L’odeur de remontée d’égouts à chaque fois que nous avons pris une douche. Le sèche cheveux dans un tiroir dans la chambre et non dans la salle d’eau.

A Perfect Cretan Getaway!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Theartemis Palace in Crete! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the very beginning. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of delicious, fresh options. The pool area and facilities were well-kept and made the stay feel truly relaxing. With its great location close to the beach and Rethymno town, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!
