My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. This hotel is perfectly located to the Old and New Town just 10 mins walk away. The staff (especially reception and guest services) were really helpful and friendly.

We opted for B&B and couldn’t fault the food, setting and service. Lots on choice and the option to sit indoors in the air con or outside by the pool.

We enjoyed some evening drinks at the rooftop bar and spent a couple of afternoons by the pool. The service by the pool is great and they operate a really strict bed reservation policy which meant you could always get a lounger no matter what time of day as no one was allowed to reserve a bed then disappear for the day! The food and drinks at the pool were great - I had the chicken gyros one lunch which was delicious and great portion size.

We enjoyed spending our evenings on our balcony overlooking some ruins (& also all the local cats were great to watch) - very chilled.

We would definitely return to this hotel as it offers everything we want and is in a perfect location without feeling too caught up in the hustle and bustle.

We have been back home for three weeks but can’t forget our wonderful stay at this hotel. The situation is perfect for walking to the old town ( 10 mins max) and other sites in the area. We loved the quiet location and our room overlooking the pool. The service, cleanliness and general ambiance of the hotel are all first class - it’s classy without being stuffy ! There was ample choice at breakfast with different eggs available to order. Although it could be busy at times, the staff were adept at being welcoming and maintaining a professional service. We stayed on a half board basis and enjoyed the choices for evening meal, although a more varied selection of desserts would have been preferable. Our room had everything you could need and the nightly sweetmeat was a lovely touch ! Overall we felt welcomed, pampered and treated as valued customers. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rodos Park Suites and Spa. The hotel is elegant, stylish and the team were so welcoming. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, providing a fantastic service. The hotel, pool and grounds are attractive, clean, well maintained, and our room was looked after daily with lovely touches that made our stay feel very special. The food was delicious and the cocktails well made! While in a quieter spot, it is a perfect location to walk 10 - 20 minutes to key places - Old Town, New Town, marinas and the Acropolis and Ancient Stadium to name a few. Already looking forward to a return visit.

Located close to the Old Town but also to a busy and noisy road. The hotel's 57 rooms have roughly half overlooking the pool in bright but not spacious rooms. The rear of the hotel's rooms overlook a dusty shrublike area. These rooms are small and dingy.

The pool is clean and surrounded by very uncomfortable sunbeds which have no cushions. A constant sewerage smell is apparent in this area.
The staff are exceptionally good and do not flinch when serving a bottle of Heinekin 330ml at €7. Or house wine at €11/glass.

Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice

Overall, poor value for the exceptional cost

From check in to check out, everything was perfect. We were brought to our room and given a brief overview, including being shown the complementary fruit plate, treats and Mastiha . We had a view of the ruins, (our choice, we see pools more than ancient ruins!). The room appeared to have been recently refurbished with new carpeting and was a decent size. As mentioned by others, breakfast was very good, location was perfect and staff were extremely helpful in recommending restaurants to try and places to see. Both evenings we were there had live entertainment which was a nice way to end our evening with a drink before returning to our rooms that had been turned down, freshened up, and left with another treat.

We loved everything about this hotel:
*great location for a short walk into the old town or up the hill to the acropolis
*a very comfortable room with a delightful view from the balcony over the ruins
*relaxing and elegant public rooms
*superb breakfast buffet
*but most of all, attentive, warm and professional staff from Evangelos and his team in the restaurant, reception staff and the housekeeping team.

This was our 10th visit to this wonderful hotel, and we will certainly come back. What's not to like. First of all: the staff of the hotel is absolutely the best, each and every one of them! From breakfast, lunch, dinner and nighly visits to the Galaxy roof bar. We enjoyed every minute of it! The location is great near the Old Town, the pool is nice (altough a little too cold for me), the food is excellent (they even named a lunch sandwich after me :-) and for dinner I would recommend the lrack of lamb: delicious.

Lekker ontbijt, mooie kamers, al moeten we wel toegeven dat het een beetje gedateerd is en wat liefde mag krijgen wat de inrichting betreft.

Love it

Lovely small hotel in a good location on the edge of Rhodes old town. The room was comfortable, lovely, and spacious with a small balcony. We would have liked a coffee machine in the room, but the sweet treats they left every evening were delicious! There was everything you could possibly want for breakfast, and everywhere in the hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean.
We used the rooftop bar a couple of times and we ate dinner in the rooftop restaurant once too, which was very pleasant and the food was nice. The poolside bar was also good, and the pool was a nice spot to relax.
The staff were all really helpful and also super friendly.
As it is in the town, it can be a bit noisy with traffic and flights overhead, but the hotel and pool area are calm and relaxing.

The hotel is very convenient for Rhodes Old Town (the gate is about 200m away). Facilities are excellent from the poolside dining to the relaxing spa and wall-to-wall WiFi. Food is very good with the octopus and Rhodian Pita Pocket especially recommended (the pita pocket is possibly the greatest snack ever created). However it's the incredible service that makes this hotel so special. If you thought you'd seen good service in the past, it'll look ordinary by comparison with what Maitre d'Hotel Evangelos, Joanna and their team deliver. You'll be blown away by their attentiveness and hospitality. Checking out was like saying goodbye to family.
