Pros:

The staff were so friendly. The room was cleaned every day which I didn't expect. Very central, although some people may not like the homeless around the area. But they don't bother you at all and there's a lot of police.I absolutely loved the area and that's where you stay if you want cheap accommodation!
I would definitely stay there next time I go to Athens.
Thank you Nafsika staff for such a pleasant stay.

Overall, the experience was in line with the costs. If you are students or doing a budget trip, I recommend this hotel.
Pros:

I liked the room, it was cozy and comfortable. The staff was always very helpful, the room was always clean after we came back from the day out, nothing was lost or stolen. The location was very close to the centre, if you like a small walk, it is 15 minutes from the hotel.

Cons:

I did not really like the look of the premises, it looks old and shattered. Our view from the window was just a giant wall, no view. There should be a lot of work done on the bathrooms, no space for the legs on the toilet, extremely small shower and terrible curtains in it. I always had to hold it, so I would not make a mess (if I was lucky, I did not make a flood in the bathroom). Under the hotel, there is a small street that was full of drugged people (however they are not dangerous, if you do not mess with them, they were just not comfortable to walk around).

Goedkope overnachting komt met een prijs... ;-)
Pros:

We werden heel vriendelijk onthaald en ook het uitchecken was zeer aangenaam. 3 van de 4 bedden waren goed. We verbleven er onze laatste avond en dit was voor ons voldoende comfort voor de prijs die je betaalt. Dichtbij het toeristische deel van het centrum.

Cons:

We hadden 4 eenpersoonsbedden, waarvan er eentje een zeer slechte matras had. We lagen aan de straatkant en het verkeer raasde de hele nacht door en was vrij luid te horen in de kamer.
Toen we gingen wandelen en we liepen de hoek om werden we direct geconfronteerd met daklozen die zichzelf en elkaar met een spuit drugs toedienden. Ze lieten ons wel gerust (merkten ons zelfs nog niet op, denk ik), maar het was een beeld dat ik alleen vanuit films kende en toch wel een indruk naliet bij mij en mijn kids. (hier kan het hotel niets aan doen, maar het is interessant om te weten...)
