Me gustó todo. Tuvimos un problema en primer día porque en la habitación había un fuerte olor a tubería pero nos la cambiaron sin problema. El desayuno estaba correcto, es un menú cerrado.

Cons:

Lo único que destacaría es que cuando hubo otro ocupante en la habitación de enfrente se escuchaba el secador y el sonido del baño y la ducha.

Perfekte Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden: Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Shopping in Fußlage

Cons:

Das Frühstücksmenü war mit 6 kleinen Auswahlmöglichkeiten wenig vielfältig. Es gab nicht viel herzhaftes. Der vegane Speck war immer aus.

Έκανα κράτηση στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο και χρειάστηκε να αλλάξω την ημερομηνία μία φορά για προσωπικούς λόγους, κάτι που έγινε δεκτό.
Δυστυχώς, προέκυψε σοβαρός λόγος υγείας και ζήτησα εκ νέου αλλαγή ημερομηνίας. Το αίτημά μου απορρίφθηκε με την αιτιολογία ότι δεν είχα επιλέξει ευέλικτη (flex) κράτηση.
Κατανοώ την πολιτική του ξενοδοχείου, όμως θα περίμενα μεγαλύτερη κατανόηση σε περίπτωση ασθένειας. Η αντιμετώπιση ήταν αυστηρή και χωρίς διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης.
Θεωρώ ότι σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει περισσότερη ανθρωπιά και ευελιξία.
