Quarto extremamente pequeno. Tivemos uma experiência terrível com um funcionário que reclamou por ter esquecido a chave no quarto.
Excellent emplacement, l’hôtel se trouve au centre près de toutes les commodités.

Emplacement calme au top proche du centre et de la gare et à mi parcours des lieux à visiter , petit déjeuner copieux, gentillesse du personnel
Seul bémol ce sont les escaliers qui sont raides. Nous étions au troisième étage d un bâtiment ancien typique, il faut le savoir.
Heureusement le personnel nous a aidé à porter les bagages sur la première partie.

Personale molto cordiale, disponibile e gentile. La posizione dell’hotel è molto comoda per visitare il centro. L’hotel non dispone di ascensore ma il personale è lieto di aiutare con i bagagli. Buona la colazione. La camera un po’ piccola ma comunque ben tenuta. Si nota l’attenzione che viene messa nei confronti del cliente. Tornerei

Very friendly staff (and very cute cats). Allowed me to store my luggage before check in and after check out, and my luggage was already in my room waiting for me when I came back at proper check in time, saving me from hauling it up many stairs. Good breakfast, free coffees any time. Room was nicely cooled with A/C. Very clean and professional hotel

Las escaleras son imposibles para personas con cierta limitación de movilidad o que vayan muy cargados.
The staff were lovely and so helpful. I had a great time and the location was perfect. Everything was within a 15-30 minute distance, great for both tram links and walking.
The 24/7 reception was helpful as we could pop in and out as we pleased and I appreciated that they could hold our bags until our departure time.
The breakfast was delicious with a range of breads, spreads, cheeses, pancakes, juices, yoghurt and toppings. I loved that we could have coffee and tea whenever, and they accommodated for my husband's dietary needs. The view was lovely from the balcony and a great way to unwind.
The hotel did have steep stairs from ground level but it wasn't an issue for us (a good workout even!). The room was small but had everything we needed and we did sleep very well. The bathroom was spacious enough, but remember to bring your own toiletries.
I would recommend this hotel!
