Great location hotel with some disadvantages
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect, looking at the canal. In just 10-15 minutes walk and you could be almost anywhere in the heart of Amsterdam. The hotel is nicely decorated and cozy while the reception-bar at the entrance 24/7 is really handy. The staff was polite and helpful.

Cons:

It is an old building and while everything seems to be put together nicely you cannot ignore the noise from people walking up and down the stairs. Our room for 5 people had an old fireplace and old furniture (e.g wardrobe), leaving a feeling of a not so clean place to sleep. Beware that there is no elevator and that is the reason we asked for first floor room as we had a lot of luggage. The breakfast is served in a small room and although basic it was adequate.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. Camera ampia, silenziosa e con bella vista sul canale Rokin.

Cons:

Pulizia appena sufficiente. Cattivo odore della camera. Cuscini scomodi. Bagno da sottoporre a manutenzione.

Amsterdam a portata di piedi.
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole vivere Amsterdam e il suo centro. Con la fermata della metro Rokin a due passi e tanti altri mezzi è raggiungibile rapidamente dall'aeroporto e dalla stazione centrale. Tutte le maggiori attrazioni sono raggiungibili con una passeggiata a piedi: dalla stazione al museo di Van Gogh, dai quartieri ebraici al mercato del sabato. Tutto è a portata di mano. L'albergo serve una buona, abbondante e varia colazione. Le stanze sono carine, accoglienti, pratiche e sono dotate di tutti i confort. La hall e tutti gli ambienti comuni sono molto carini e la sala comune ha le finestre direttamente sul canale Rokin. Avendo visto varie soluzioni, in questo caso il prezzo ci è sembrato adeguato, considerando che i prezzi ad Amsterdam sono abbastanza alti.

Cons:

L'albergo è su più piani e senza ascensore, credo che le persone con difficoltà motorie, debbono chiedere espressamente camere ai piani bassi.

Pros:

Amsterdam merkezin merkezi konumda , temiz,çalışanları ilgili ve nazik sadece dar ve eski bina olmasının dezavantajlarını mevcut. Bu konuyu biliyoruz bu yüzden beklentimi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Kahvaltı çeşidi ve alanı biraz zayıf.

Awesome place
Pros:

Absolutely everything.
Beds were comfy, staff were so friendly, and couldn't do enough for you.
Location wasn't to far out of the way. Pretty much a 15-20 minute walk to everywhere in every direction I.e art gallery's, Amsterdam center.

Cons:

The stairs. But only as the husband had damaged his knee in the upcoming months to the holiday.

Posizione perfetta, accoglienza e gentilezza, arredamento molto curato e particolare.
Pros:

Posizione centralissima ma le stanze sono silenziose. Perfetto per girare a piedi la città. Le stanze arredate con gusto e la colazione buona e con ampia scelta

Cons:

Trattandosi di un’edificio storico, non c’è ascensore e le scale per raggiungere le camere sono molto ripide e strette. Se avete problemi a trasportarvi a mano il bagaglio può essere un problema. Per noi non è stato un problema ma senz’altro non è agevole.
