Pros:

Pulizie, decorazioni interne molto particolari(rimasta affascinata dalle tipiche porcellane bianco/blu), posizione centralissima e vicino a tram e metro.
Colazione molto varia, abbondante e buonissima.

Cons:

Un pò di rumore dal corridoio al mattino in quanto la stanza era vicina alla sala colazione. Dettaglio trascurabile però, visti i tanti plus dell'albergo.

Great location
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff and the room was very cozy.

Cons:

We were at the first floor and it was quite noisy outside the room when people were walking down the stairs.

Our family had a wonderful visit!
Pros:

The staff was wonderful! Our flight got in super early in the morning and they let us relax in the lobby, took our bags and got our room ready for an earlier check in. They were also so helpful with answering questions and providing recommendations.
Also - we were traveling with our 3 teenagers and the hotel had one room that fit all 5 of us. It worked perfectly - our 3 kids slept in 3 twin beds upstairs in a lofted area and my husband and I had 2 twins beds (pushed together) in the downstairs area.

Cons:

LOTS of steep stairs to get to our room! But that’s Amsterdam for you.

Wonderful boutique hotel
Pros:

This hotel was such a great find in the heart of beautiful Amsterdam. The decor was beautiful with a lovely breakfast area with delicious food. The rooms were large and comfortable and could spread out a little in the “family room”. The entire staff, front desk, breakfast chefs, housekeepers, were extremely kind and helpful. Lisa especially was so sweet to our family allowing us to store our bags when our flight was canceled for an entire day.

Pros:

Staff were wonderful and always smiled at you

Cons:

Only problem was the stairs as i have dodgy knees,but was advised to ask for a lower room next time. Again was not a problem .Wonderful staff

Riktigt mysigt hotell med guldläge. Städningen kan förbättras.
Pros:

Läget. Charmiga stilen. Snälla och trevliga personalen. Snabbt och välfungerande Wi-Fi.

Cons:

Städningen. Golvet var smutsigt när vi fick rummet. Syntes extra väl på svarta strumpor.

Damm, smulor, hårstrån och gamla linser fanns på golvet. Extra smutsigt under sängarna (barnets leksaker råkade hamna där), TV-fjärrkontrollen var det brun gegga på och taklampan (kristallkrona) var riktigt dammig.

Elementet blev antingen kokhett eller kallt. Trasig termostat (?).

Vatten samlades i handfatet och rann långsamt ner. Avloppsrören behöver en rensning.
