Le lieu est calme et apaisant. Le personnel est au top. Rien à redire sur le ménage. Excellents petits déjeuners également;
la piscine est un vrai plus !
Le centre-ville de Sienne se situe sur la colline d'en face mais cela reste accessible à pied, cela ne nous a pas posé problème.

The property is well situated close to the train station, and close enough to walk to the city (about 35 minutes).
The breakfast was fresh, and served in a friendly environment. The pool area is great and the staff were helpful.
We were in Siena at Palio time and they he put on a watching and summer buffet, which was a nice touch

Gostamos de tudo. Hotel agradável com áreas externas bonitas e bem cuidadas. Estacionamento gratuito oferecido pelo hotel. As áreas externas tem lindos jardins, vista para o vale da Toscana e além da piscina, tem uma área para churrasco com mesas e ombrelones, onde desfrutamos de um lindo por do sol com vista do vale, vinho e petiscos italianos. A experiência do hotel é completa. Existe também um serviço de bar que funciona até a noite.
O quarto é confortável com cama boa e banheiro bom. Reservamos três quartos, estávamos em família. Todos gostaram muito.
Não tomamos café da manhã no hotel e por isso, não podemos avaliar. Mas, o café era servido e pago a parte, caso desejasse.
Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e cordiais e explicaram como chegar ao centro da cidade a pé.
Fomos a cidade a pé e acertamos o trajeto conforme nos foi explicado. É uma caminhada de uns 20 min, possível de se fazer, mas com algumas escadas. Nao recomendo a pessoas que tenham algum tipo de dificuldade.
Tem um grande supermercado bem próximo, que pode ser acessado a pé, o que facilitou as pequenas compras para café da manhã.
Um pouco longe do centro, mas nada que não seja facilmente resolvido, seja a pé ou de taxi ou uber, a um custo baixo (aproximadamente, nove euros). Entretanto, as facilidades de estacionamento, caso esteja de carro, e a possibilidade de usufruir de um espaço completo e agradável superam esse pequeno incoveniente.

Absolutely tolles Service! Das Personal ist überaus kompetent und mehrsprachig sowie sehr, sehr freundlich. Wir waren für eine 500km Fahhradtour dort und mussten am Nächsten Tag um 6:00 starten. Herr Luigi hat uns eigens einen Cappucino gemacht und Kipferl besorgt. Einfach toll und zuvorkommend. Das haven wir auf der ganzen Reise but in diesem Hotel erlebt. Kompliment.

Found the accommodation cold as not high summer.
Very rustic but our bathroom door did not close.
Personally we did not like having a shared space between two rooms.
Location, pool, quietness, location to Siena and shopping facilities were perfect
Air con sometimes was abit off upstairs. Also would be great to have a few basic kitchen items like milk, oil etc to get started

Nothing! Everything is convenient and comfortable. Though since the property is on a hill, even a short walk from the train station is challenging when carrying luggage.

It was very hot outdoors during my stay. I think you should have some shady options to sit beside the pool, not just the small umbrellas. A gazebo or planting for shade?
