Loved the Hotel just wee bit far out from Shops and Restaurants not much for kids

We arrived home today and I just can’t wait to return.
Perfect location!! 10/15mins dander up to PortAventura theme park! Literally directly in front of the hotel (leave front of hotel and walk straight until you arrive at theme park)
10 min walk to beach front and all the little shops and markets.

They no longer accept cash, but if you are like me and like to just get euros for holidays, at reception you can give them your cash and they will apply it to your room and you use your wrist band / room key to pay for things at the bar and snack bar.
The gift shop accepts cash.

Very clean hotel!! The staff are so busy throughout the day cleaning.

The food! I find the restaurants outside of this hotel including PortAventura do not have enjoyable food! But the hotel food was lovely!!! Lots to pick from! We had a beautiful breakfast and dinner everyday! So much to pick from.

The room! We had a standard room with a pool view. Room was kept clean, lots of space, a great big size and a massive double built in wardrobe. We were a family of 3 and had loads of room! Bathroom was a great size and a brilliant shower. There is also a fridge in your room and a tv which we were able to link our Netflix and Disney account to.

The pool - LOVE the pool. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. Only downside was people line up at crazy o’clock to get a sunbed. The doors do not open until 9am, the first 5 days of my holiday people were lining up from 8am but the last 2 days of my holiday I saw people there from 7am, as someone with a pool view from my room there is no need to line up, loads of sunbeds there, unless you really need an umbrella don’t line up!

The hotel could benefit from making it a rule that no one line up until 8:45 or something as the growing crowd really gets in the way of the morning staff cleaning the floors and windows of reception. I’m sure it drives the staff mad as I know it would annoy me if I was trying to work around them all.

All in all, the hotel is 100% a 4+ star hotel!
I can’t wait to return!
The staff are lovely! A lovely lady working in the restaurant (blonde hair) would never walk by without greeting everyone, even though there is def language barrier sometimes, everyone really tries to understand and shout out to the lady at the breakfast bar! Her pancakes are the best!!! She even offered to create my little boy a Mickey Mouse pancake! Hers were so fluffy and yummy!

Es casi un 10, bastante satisfecho en general, buena comida, buen bar, agradecido por la estancia y la amabilidad del personal

Spotless clean. Professional and friendly staff. Good variety and standard of food on the buffet. I mostly ate whatever was being cooked fresh on the hot plate and enjoyed breakfast and dinners I had. Entertainment on through day and evening was good the kids enjoyed it, it kept the place lively even if they didn’t take part. Fantastic location! Can not fault it really had a great stay ☺️

Je ne pensais pas être aussi bien accueilli malgré le Match France/Espagne 🤣.
Même la direction est adorable.
La qualité des chambres est irréprochable, l'espace piscine est super.
Les animations pour enfants au top ainsi que le personnels animations qui est adorable.
Je recommande cette endroit qui est vraiment au top.
Rien a dire sauf merci pour ce super séjour.

Proper 4* hotel . Staff all seemed happy. We went bed breakfast which was nice . Had plenty of choice . Reasonable price for a beer which was around £3.50 a pint . Bathroom had the best shower I've ever had abroad

Another year, another amazing stay at the Salauris Palace!!
10th stay for us, we just love it. The hotel is brilliant and the team that work there are all fantastic! We feel very much like part of the family.
Reception, restaurant, bar, snack bar team all do a great job and work tirelessly to make your stay great.
Animation team work hard every year with children and adult activities throughout the day and into the evening! This year's team lacked a little in the previous few years however were still great! Shout out to Andrea, amazing human with a lovely personality 🩷 her energy and enthusiasm was infectious! Beautiful voice and her aqua aerobics was such good fun (she has the moves like Jagger) Alex was also brilliant as was Sara

We had another fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing holiday. This was our second visit, and it was just as enjoyable as the first—if not better! The hotel is always spotless, well-run, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are great.

The food was excellent once again, with plenty of variety—there really is something for everyone, no matter your taste. Every meal had lots of choice, and everything was fresh and well-prepared.

What truly makes this hotel special, though, is the people. Esmeralda is absolutely amazing—her friendly care, kindness, and warm personality make such a difference. It was so lovely to see her again this year, and by now we can honestly say we are friends. She always goes above and beyond, and we’re already looking forward to seeing her again next year!

A big shoutout as well to Aritz, who did a grand job every single day. He worked so hard making sure everyone had a sunbed, helping anyone who needed it, clearing tables quickly, and just being an all-round great guy. His effort and positive attitude really stood out and didn’t go unnoticed.

The animation team also deserves a special mention—they kept the kids entertained all day long with so much energy and enthusiasm. They are all amazing at what they do and really add to the overall experience for families.

Overall, an incredible hotel with a fantastic team. We can’t wait to return again!

A decent hotel. Very noisy tho when trying to sleep walls just be very thin as doors slamming non stop. Didn't have to partake in the sunbed mayhem as an adult couple we used the rooftop pool and sun loungers which were always available even if going up at 2pm. The biggest issue was the food. Real lack of variety for vegetarians. Everything was meat. We would find something to eat like chips, plain pasta, bread, pizza, but that was it, which isn't acceptable. There needed to be vegetarian dishes. At breakfast there was an omelette station, they have no care for cross contamination as there was meat in my cheese omelette. There were no potato option such as hash browns for breakfast, meaning all we could have was again bread, or an omelette which was speckled with ham. As vegetarians this was rubbish. The hotel is fine enough for a cheap getaway. Salou was great we recommend Chaplins for evening entertainment for tribute acts and Bus Stop Bar for fun vibes.

Good location for Port Aventura and the town. Nice roof top adults only pool - though looks half finished and lacks a “luxury” feel. Great breakfast buffet. Nice pool area. Good value for money in the bar with a pint of beer under €4. Comfortable room and a nice balcony overlooking the port aventura sky line.

We had an amazing 11 days at Saluris Palace with a large party of 12 and the Animation crew were fab! Andrea was so friendly and always ready for a chat, always complementing my littlest in her full Spanish dancer outfit 😊. Javi always encouraging the children either to come and play or to join in with club activities, he was great with the kiddies. Good range of things for the kids including the little park and bingo was great fun for the adults. Honestly a 5 star holiday. Good food, good fun and a 5 star animation crew. When I asked my littlest how many stars she would give the Daisy club out of 5 she said 100! Last shout out to Daisy the mascot herself. A great, loved addition…….and now all the kiddies in our party have purchased their own Daisy to come home with them.
