The guy in the reception. The AC didn’t work. It was cold in the room. He gave me a portable device that kind of warmed the room, but he didn’t believe that the wall AC didn’t work and he didn’t even come to check it. He was very un nice…
There was mold in the toilet sink.

Accettabile per una notte per non dormire in ostello
Pros:

La posizione della struttura è eccellente, equidistante 5min a piedi da piazza Dam e stazione centrale. Il centro storico è di fronte.

Per essere un due stelle il bagno è in buone condizioni e ristrutturato di recente.

Il letto non è così male e sono presenti TV e cassaforte.

Cons:

Insonorizzazione nulla. Amsterdam è caotica, sopratutto in quella zona e risulta impossibile dormire senza tappi nelle orecchie.

Si aggiunge al problema dei rumori esterni la posizione delle stanze singole LETTERALMENTE dietro la reception.
Sarebbe anche accettabile se non fosse che il receptionist ha maleducatamente parlato ad alta voce tutta la notte e sfornato continuamente caffè neanche fosse un bar.

Il condizionatore oltre ad essere rumoroso, di fatto non è sufficiente per riscaldare la stanza ad un livello accettabile.

Top Lage, guter Kaffe gratis und super freundliches Personal!
Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar und das super nette Personal!!

Cons:

Die Zimmer Nachbarn waren sehr laut und rücksichtslos aber dafür kann das Hotel ja Nix! Leider Pech gehabt schlaf nur bedingt möglich ab 5:29 war endlich mal Ruhe ohne Türen schmeißen und klopfen!

La ubicación fantástica, parada de tranvía frente al hotel, a 5 minutos andando de la estación de hotel y de la plaza Dam (centro), rodeado de restaurantes y comercios. La cama cómoda.

Cons:

Las almohadas, muy finitas y se oía mucho a la gente que pasaba por el pasillo. Escaleras un poco empinadas.
