We will use this hotel again.
Pros:

Well situated in Old Amsterdam, close to Sentraal station. Although a small room, much more spacy and comfortable than local competitors in the area. Morning coffee for free is an added bonus.

Cons:

Support with suitcases to the upper floors as there is no lift, which is standard in these old buildings.

La posizione è assolutamente consigliata, vicino a tutto.
Purtroppo cosi come si legge ad amsterdam le strutture sono senza ascensore, piene di scale minuscole, ma è una loro caratteristica.
Quando siamo arrivate la doccia era sullk stesso piano del pavimento ed avevamo paura che si allagasse tutto, invece defluiva abbastanza velocemente e non abbiamk avuto questo inconveniente.

The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect.

Cons:

The bathroom smelled very bad, I think it was coming from the toilet. Also after we showered, the water couldn’t go away on time and the bathroom floor was very wet for some time.

Personnel was extremely rude and treated a friend of mine needing to use the bathroom like a criminal (we offered for me to stay in the reception, leave our ID or use a ground floor restroom instead, and we were yelled at)
