Central location, clean

Cons:

Eggs and bacon were cold and greasy. ☹️. The coffee was horrid. The car park was accessed by a lift which was amusing, but frustrating as it took ages.

Pros:

The Hotel was excellent as last year. This year we stayed longer.
Next week we hope to return for longer. The food was delicious, and the bar food and menu del dia was eccellent value for money. The waiting staff were lovely and so professional and helpful.
The room was an excellent standard of cleanliness. The water in the fridge really appreciated.
Thank you all.

Mit Sicherheit beim nächsten mal wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral gelegen. Die Erreichbarkeit von Sehenswürdigkeiten ist optimal. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend, besonders mir gegenüber da ich vorzeitig aus Krankheitsgründen abreisen musste.

Santander e a rota cantábrica.
Pros:

Localização excelente, bem central e próxima das principais atrações de Santander. Café da manhã completíssimo e de qualidade. Empregados super atenciosos. Estacionamento disponível no subsolo. Cama confortável e boa ducha no banheiro. Quarto espaçoso. Retornando a Santander, não procuraria outra opção de hospedagem.

OPCIÓN IDEAL
Pros:

El desayuno me pareció increíble, con una variedad estupenda. Las vistas muy bonitas a la ciudad, encima desde la 7º planta, pero había obras justo debajo del hotel con lo que se veían grúas y demás. La ubicación super!

Cons:

Por cuestión de gustos simplemente, pondría un colchón más duro y unas almohadas más robustas.
