An excellent base for discovering the city.
Pros:

Excellent central location with easy access to the waterfront, Centro Botín and the old town. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, and the staff were professional throughout our stay.

Cons:

Nothing really stood out as a negative. The hotel is comfortable and functional.

The lovely female receptionist who recommended a lovely restaurant, let us have a kate check out and use the toilets. She was lovely.

Cons:

Not too keen on the more corporate feel - its kind of huge - but the personal was lovely .

Pros:

La ubicación perfecta. El personal excelente, muy amable desde la camarera de habitación o personal del desayuno hasta recepción.

Cons:

Se nota que al hotel le empieza a hacer falta una reforma o limpieza en profundidad (papel de pared despegado en algún sitio y manchas en tapicerías inconcebibles para un hotel de esta calidad). El desayuno un poco justo pero bueno.
