Excelente localização com bela vista da Baía de Santander.
Pros:

Excelente localização. Quarto amplo com linda vista da Bahia (#401). Bom café da manhã. Bom restaurante.

Cons:

Não há cafeteira nem chaleira no quarto. Pessoal da recepção muito impessoal.

Reiteré en varias ocasiones en mi reserva que quería una habitación mirando al mar de cristalera entera , me dieron una de ventana únicamente . Pedí el cambio y me contestaron que no.

Arriving by ferry, this is the place to stay.
Pros:

This is a very smart hotel in an excellent location and good value for money. Just across the street from the ferry terminal it could not be more convenient, and right in the centre of the city too. A great base from which to see Santander. We were able to walk to the train station for our onward journey. The room was very spacious and overlooked the cathedral. The cafe/bar and the restaurant on the ground floor are very popular with locals and rightly so. We enjoyed our meals there. Excellent breakfast with a dedicated gluten-free section - thank you!

Cons:

It would have been nice to have tea-making facilities in the room.

zentrale Lage; Blick auf Teil der Bucht

Cons:

Das Personal vermittelt durchgängig den Eindruck, dass die Gäste störend bis lästig sind. Wortkarge Anweisungen, keinerlei Freundlichkeit. Man fühlt sich nicht wirklich willkommen.
Keinerlei Informationen auf dem Zimmer, nichtmal den WiFi-Zugang.
Die Zimmerkarte war nach einem Tag gesperrt, obwohl wir 2 Tage gebucht hatten. Da steht man dann im Aufzug und nichts passiert. Nicht einmal ein Wort des Bedauerns.
