Fantastic location for all interests
Pros:

Fantastic in all respects … rooms have big windows and very clean &comfortable. The location is wonderful - close to the cathedral, museums, shopping, waterfront, beautiful park and two big supermarkets as well as few steps from bus & rail station with quick connection to airport.

Muy mal la televisión como en todos las habitaciones pase lo mismo horrible o

Pues me gustó el sitio muy céntrico la habitación perfecta todo muy bien el único problema la televisión que pasaré ahora de escribirlo

No me gustó que la televisión todos los canales de documentales algunos canales de películas pues no había forma de ponerlo en castellano hablaban todos en inglés y sin subtítulos cuando llegaban los anuncios pues eran todos en castellano había algo un fallo en la la forma de hacer los ajustes de la televisión y por más botones que se tocan aquello no funcionaba los canales en castellano perfectos e incluso subió el encargado y no fue capaz de hacerlo dijo que vendría el de mantenimiento y bueno ya estoy en mi casa y todavía estoy esperando a que solucione en el problema así que en esta cuestión un cero pero como una catedral de grande

Great hotel in great location
Pros:

Nothing to fault here at all .. rooms have obviously been fully renovated and look great and very comfortable.
Reception staff were great and location was perfect. A great nights rest and a wonderful shower experience!

It was okay, but hardly any space in room.
Cons:

Room was far too small for 3 adults and a dog.

Breakfast could have been better, individually packed nutella etc would be best than a big jar open for 3 hours.

Hotels need a bar

All clean, and i had a quiet night. My bike and luggage were looked after perfectly

Cons:

After a long train journey with no refreshments, and arriving very late, I was hoping for a bar (as it's a hotel) but there isn't one. Furthermore, the room's minibar only contained water. I had to go out to a rather sleazy bar in the street to find something to eat and drink (the 'room service ' appeared to be just a link to a takeaway pizza business).
The fixtures and fittings in the room were all very smart and clean, but poorly fitted, some almost falling off the wall.
