La amabilidad y la cercanía en la atención.
Se esfuerzan para que estés a gusto. Aunque no es un hotel moderno, se ve que lo están actualizando. La centralita antigua expuesta en la recepción es una joya!

Cons:

Quizá el colchón es mejorable, pero tienes dos almohadas a elegir en la cama y una buena almohada, para mí, es muy importante :)

Buena relación calidad-precio y ubicación. El personal fue muy amable

Hacía frío en la habitación, avisamos pero no mejoró la situación. En el desayuno muchas de las bandejas de comida estaban vacías, reponían muy de vez en cuando…

Basic comfort but good value for money.

The hotel is walking distance from both bus and train stations. The room was quite big, the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The lamp next to the bed was very noisy, too. It was quite cold in the room, the heating was stopped during the day.

perfect hotel for people catching the ferry in the city centre.
Pros:

breakfast was maybe the only thing was underwhelming. location was lovely, convenient for the ferry which was our destination next day, with an underground parking which was safe for our car overnight.

Cons:

not much, as we had booked accommodation which my wife said no to!! so we actually paid for 2 rooms that night!
