perfect hotel for people catching the ferry in the city centre.
Pros:

breakfast was maybe the only thing was underwhelming. location was lovely, convenient for the ferry which was our destination next day, with an underground parking which was safe for our car overnight.

Cons:

not much, as we had booked accommodation which my wife said no to!! so we actually paid for 2 rooms that night!

Lo que más nos gusto fue la ubicación. Esta muy cerca del centro, las habitaciones estan muy limpias. El personal del hotel y el de limpieza son muy simpaticos y estan disponibles en todo momento. Muy buen sitio para quedarse a pasar el fin de semana o por trabajo.

Pros:

Poor sound insulation, apartment above showering and walking around in stiletto heels till 2:30 am. Lots of talking. Not much natural day light, view of the apartment above washing.

Cons:

Near the Cafe Zumaca for great food and also handy for the ferry terminal. 5 minutes walk from the train station. Great powerful shower.

Mejorable en una habitación reformada.
Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación, muy céntrico con paradas de autobús que funcionan estupendamente y te llevan a cualquier parte de Santander. También está rodeado de cafeterías y restaurantes y dando un paseo llegas al mismo centro.

Cons:

No me gustó que me ubicasen en la parte vieja del hotel, toda enmoquetada de verde que al entrar en la habitación olía muchísimo a humedad. Después supe que habían otras habitaciones reformadas con tarima y plato de ducha y secador (cosa que no había en la nuestra).

La ubicación

Cons:

Cogimos el hotel porque tenía parking, no nos dieron plaza, porque la recepcionista nos dijo que con las reservas de booking, no se garantiza una plaza, que no tenían libres y tuvimos que dejarlo en la calle.
Los colchones no eran cómodos, se notaban los muelles.
Había polvo en las perchas dentro del armario y debajo del lavabo.
