Nice hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great location - only a few mins walk to the beach, in the middle of a restaurant and bar district with lots of options, close to shops and an excellent bakery just up the road. 10mins to the train station for trips to other nearby towns like Cannes, Nice and Monte Carlo.
Nice spacious rooms, cute pool and friendly staff. The place is in a pedestrianised road with lots of good restaurants and bars. The soundproofing on the windows is pretty good, but if you can’t sleep with some noise, this isn’t the place for you. If a bit of noise doesn’t bother you, you’ll have a great time.

Étant allergique à ces piqûres j’ai passe 2 jours couchée chez moi

Family-friendly home base in the Cote d'Azur
Pros:

We had such a lovely stay here with our family - from the morning breakfast to our buzzy street in the evening. It's a prime location for exploring Juan-les-pins and the wider Cote d'Azur, we regularly took day trips to explore the coast. Elodie was such a hospitable and lovely host!

Cons:

Perhaps a bigger pool - but we often had it to ourselves and it was nice meeting others at the same time! It was so refreshing on a hot day.

Pros:

Great stay in that perfect little gem close to everything: beach, restaurants, shopping... AC is a plus! The staff is attentive and super welcoming. The breakfast is so good, very plaisant stay. We ll be back!!!

Cons:

Would be nice to be able to use the pool before 11am.
