Beautiful view, comfortable bed, nice bathroom.the hotel is in a great location, lovely little boat to beach and the general manager and front desk team very helpful. Spa faciliites on roof also lovely
Dinner and breakfast. We ate in the italian restaurant, the food was cold and we sent back twice . They took it off bill but not great. Breakfast ok but not quite to the level of the hotel.

Très bel hôtel au décor design et raffiné, isolé sur la lagune, tout confort, ambiance cosy, calme et agréable. Navette bateau pour la plage, thalasso au 3e étage bien équipée et reposante avec vue.
Le personnel était très gentil, mais à notre arrivée nous avons manqué d explications sur les installations et notre possibilité d attente. Il manque une salle de sport même si une alternative est proposée dans une salle proche mais pas tout près. Clim fonctionnait peu et manquait spot lumière dans la salle de bain.
Le lieux, l'esprit de tranquillité
Il manque juste un dépliant avec les possibilités d'activités au sein de l'hôtel avec les heures d'ouverture et fermeture quand on a pas de soin de prévu
Tout était parfait! Très belle découverte et très belles vacances, le lieux est paradisiaque, l accueil , la gentillesse du personnel , la qualité des soins, le petit déjeuner, le restaurant et l attention portée également à notre chien!

Vraiment un sans faute du début à la fin
Un grand bravo egalement pour le petit déjeuner et les restaurants aussi bien l’étoilé que la cuisine italienne ! FABULEUX !!

Pas de climatisation directe dans notre chambre.
La chambre étant en deux partie (un coin salon et un coin chambre séparé, la climatisation était dans le coin salon. En période estivale dans le sud, nous avons passé une nuit très chaude.
Super friendly staff! Really great spa! Our room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Nice and welcoming lobby and bar. Good breakfast.
The air conditioning in our room underperformed: the temperature never dropped below 24.4°C, which made for uncomfortable sleeping. The food in the restaurant was also disappointing — portions far too large, bland in taste, and not what you’d expect from a five-star hotel. Surprising, given that the hotel also houses a one-Michelin-star restaurant. You would hope that some of that quality and refinement would rub off on the Italian-inspired restaurant next door.

Het italiaans restaurant was absoluut niet lekker. Ook de ober vroeg niet eens waarom twee borden vongole onaangeroerd bleven maar deponeerde de kaart voor desserts zonder maar een woord te wisselen.

Diner was verschrikkelijk, grootkeuken eten. Relais et Chateaux onwaardig. Kamer muf en stinkend naar siphon geur. We hebben een half uur alle water laten lopen Badstop werkte niet, water kon niet weglopen. Schrappen van de lijst Relais et Chateaux is absoluut noodzakelijk zo niet worden klanten misleid.
Pas d’accès plage direct mais dans la lagune.
