Pros:

Le Spa, le cadre, la chambre et le personnel d'accueil à la réception

Cons:

Le personnel du restaurant Aquarama n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur de l'établissement, à savoir incompétent et à la limite de la politesse.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas celui d'un 5 étoiles

Feeling welcomed, the huge breakfast, friendly staff, the food in the Aquarama Bistro, the Outdoor Pool which was really refreshing

Cons:

The service for Dinner at the Aquarama Bistro wasn't great ... ordered twice a glass of wine which I never got. At breakfast, I asked for 2x2 eggs and only got 2x1 eggs ... misunderstanding, training issues ??.... for sure it was busy but still.
The boat shuttle service to the beach starts at 10am ... when checkout is at 11. I would have like this to start at 8am. Same for the indoor pool.

Einfach Top! Ausstattung: hichwertig und modern, gartenzimmer mir Terrasse, Whirlpool und kleinen Garten - alles sehr gepflegt, Leni le sauber und zum wohl fühlen. Michelin Star Restaurant evenso top Geschmacks- und Bewirtungserlebnis. Live Musik. Ambiente.

Am Ankunftstag war es nicht mehr möglich einen Tisch für das Abendessen zu reservieren, das nächste offene Restaurant war ca. 3 km entfernt, nicht merh fußläufig.

L'hôtel en lui même, la qualité des installations et des prestations, le professionnalisme de toutes les équipes, et notamment la proximité et la gentillesse du Directeur que mon mari et moi avons tout particulièrement appréciées.

Cons:

Cette partie des Pyrénées Orientales avec des constructions récentes sans aucune âme, un village sans aucun intérêt, sans aucune jolie boutique de spécialités régionales ....: pour moi, qui ai épousé un catalan et qui se rend dans cette région depuis 55 ans, ce n'est pas le "Pays catalan !

A fabulous location for for couples
Pros:

A perfect location for couples and a relaxed vibe. 5* quality without the stuffiness. Loved the upgrade to the suite. Spa really nice. Gardens and location beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Cons:

The bistro was mixed. Salads and puddings excellent, but the veal was overcooked and the carbanara so rich as to be almost inedible. Starters good but portion sizes on the large size for us. Staff and service excellent and good choice of local red wines. Breakfast was great so long as you guarded it outisde!
