Topp. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten.
Pros:

Das Personal war äusserst freundlich, vor allem beim Empfang an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr ruhig.

Pros:

Hôtel traditionnel très calme et chambres très bien insonorisées , personnel très réactif.

Cons:

Matelas pas confortables et oreillers trop mous . Moisissures sur le bas du pourtour de la cabine de douche .
Manque d'assortiment pour le buffet du déjeuner et surtout le pain à trancher très bon , mais qui manquait déjà à 9 heures et pas reassorti alors que le petit déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 10 h . Aussi la tresse proposée une seule fois !??

Very nice over all
Pros:

The receptionist was fantastic she was so helpful and told us about a few places to see and options of where to eat . Our room was nice and clean bed comfortable. We were able to park on site which was so helpful. It’s nice and modern inside .

Cons:

No air con but they did supply a fan which did help . I think air con is a must nowadays so a little investment into getting it would be good .

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der Stadtmitte, ist aber gut zu Fuß und über die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen.
Die Zimmer waren gut und auch das Frühstück war gut.
Die Betreiber des Hotels sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Ich würde es wieder nehmen, wenn ich nochmals nach Bern reisen würde.

Piacevole soggiorno a Berna
Pros:

Ottima posizione, in un gradevole quartiere, per raggiungere anche a piedi il centro storico con una breve passeggiata di 10/15 minuti. Mezzi pubblici in una via retrostante l'hotel che in pochi minuti portano in pieno centro (tram 9).
Molto gentile e prodigo di informazioni il proprietario che ci ha accolto.
Ottima colazione. Stanza ampia, accogliente, pulita.
Non c'è l'aria condizionata ma i due ventilatori hanno fatto il loro dovere. Da consigliare!

Als er geen schimmel in de badkamer was, zou ik gewoon tevreden geweest zijn.
Pros:

Personeel super aardig en helpen je uit zichzelf om bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken in de stad. Goede bedden.

Cons:

De badkamer is verouderd, vieze randen en schimmel in de douchecabine. Dat voelt gewoon vies. Geen airco, dus als het warm is buiten dan is het in het hotel nog warmer. Er stonden wel vennetjes in de kamer.
