Perfect stay in to visit Bern.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. They have explain us a nice way to get to the old town. Free parking. Easy to get to the old town. Good location.

Une belle découverte
Pros:

Le calme, la chambre, le déjeuner, le personnel, tout très bien

Cons:

Rien. En cette période de canicule la climatisation serait top, mais le ventilateur a été très apprécié.

Pros:

שירות מעולה, צוות אדיב, שירותי ומקצוע ונדיב. חדרים מבריקים. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. חסרון יחיד (שנפתר לנו ע"י 3 מאווררים שסופקו ע"י הצוות) - אין מזגן. כשהתקרר בחוץ כבר לא היתה בעיה בכלל.

Pros:

L'hotel si è dimostrato ideale per le nostre esigenze. Ottima posizione, anche grazie al biglietto offerto per il trasporto pubblico di Berna, che è fantastico, con mezzi che viaggiano anche fino a mezzanotte. Grande parcheggio privato gratuito, noi abbiamo sempre trovato posto. Quartiere tranquillo, insonorizzazione stanze perfetta. Ottima accoglienza e personale di reception sempre disponibile a fornire informazioni sulla visita alla città. Buona colazione, forse a noi Italiani manca un po' la parte dolce, per il resto tutto buono e abbondante, anche qui servizio attento, come da parte di tutto il personale. Per i prezzi svizzeri, un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Berna è una splendida città, vivace e tranquilla al tempo stesso. Contiamo di tornare presto, nello stesso albergo.

Pros:

Accueil formidable (en français) par un monsieur qui je pense est le patron... Pleins de conseils pour découvrir la ville facilement et de quoi voyager dans la ville gratuitement.
La chambre est tout confort avec une petit balcon pas désagréable pour profiter des belles soirées bernoises et surtout très au calme. Le seul petit bémol fut principalement lié à la canicule et une clim qui a manqué mais mettons ça dans le contexte particulier du moment.
L'hôtel est bourré de charmes et j'adore ces bâtisses historiques qui ont bien vieillies par l'attention qui leur est portée.
J'ai bien aimé la ville de Berne, mon séjour étape et le passage par ce joli hôtel y est pour beaucoup.

We had a very nice stay!
Pros:

Very friendly host. Very good breakfast. No airconditioning, fan that was placed in the room worked very well! Visiting city walking was nice. Also good tram connection available. Stay included public transport
