Sehr schönes, familiäres Hotel an guter Lage mit freundlichem Personal und gutem Frühstück.
Pros:

Die freundliche Atmosphäre, die super Lage und das kleine, aber feine Frühstückbuffet.

Cons:

Die Türe der Duschen können nicht ganz geöffnet werden. Für uns kein wirkliches Problem, aber für Menschen, denen es weniger leicht fällt, sich zu bewegen, könnte es vielleicht ein Nachteil sein.

Super séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est adorable, accueillant et parle plusieurs langues, l’avantage de la Suisse ! C’était ma première fois en Suisse et j’en suis ravie. Le monsieur à l’entrée nous a même donné une carte de la ville en nous expliquant tout ce qu’il y a à visiter, avec plein de bons conseils.

Les chiens sont acceptés avec un supplément. Tout était parfaitement propre, que ce soit la chambre ou les espaces communs. Le petit déjeuner était très sympa, avec une plage horaire pratique de 7h à 10h. L’emplacement est idéal, on peut facilement aller partout à pied. Nous y sommes allés en février, donc il y avait de la place pour se garer. Et petit + : j’adore la typographie du logo, je recommande !

La posizione, si raggiunge velocemente il centro città. È facile arrivarci dalla autostrada. Abbiamo dimenticato in stanza degli indumenti che con molta disponibilità ci sono stati inviati

Un établissement à recommander
Pros:

Le premier souvenir que l’on garde de cet établissement reste l’accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant. Nous étions arrivés avant midi mais les deux messieurs qui étaient présents ont fait le maximum pour que nous puissions nous installer rapidement. Les conseils donnés nous ont permis de rejoindre le centre ville rapidement, tout en flânant à pied et en visitant des lieux emblématiques de Berne (RosenGarten, fosse aux ours, gros horloge…).
Nous avons également profité du billet internet permettant d’utiliser les transports en commun gratuitement.
La chambre était suffisamment spacieuse et bien équipée. La literie était très confortable, à l’exception des oreillers un peu trop plats à notre goût. Un deuxième oreiller aurait été le bienvenu.
Le petit déjeuner était complet et très bon.
En résumé, notre court séjour à été très agréable.

Pros:

Quando sono arrivata sono stata accolta con il sorriso e con una disponibilità totale da parte della persona addetta alla ricezione. Camera accogliente, curata e molto pulita. La mia collega il giorno della partenza ha dimenticato il PC e subito sono stata chiamata dal personale dell’albergo e abbiamo potuto recuperare quanto dimenticato. Albergo che consiglio!

Excellent séjour 2 jours ensoleillés. A visiter la maison d'Albert Einstein et la colline de Gurten
