Schönes ruhiges Stadthotel.
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel war gut. Ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Gratis Parkplätze sind auch ein großes Plus. Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Wir haben eine Klimaanlage vermisst da es über 30 Grad waren. Der Ventilator hat ein wenig geholfen.

La amabilidad del personal. Nos dejo aparcar el coche en el hotel el dia del check out y fue super simpatico.
La ubicacion estaba bien porque con el tranvía llegabas enseguida al centro.

Cons:

Me gusto todo, quizas que solo me quede una noche, me hubiera quedado otra noche.

Comfortable hotel in good location lacking a good breakfast
Pros:

Really helpful receptionist on arrival who gave us the tickets for free public transport, rooms were renovated few years ago it seems.

Cons:

No hot food at breakfast and selection is quite limited, not sure you can call it a breakfast but rather a morning snack.

Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft, für an den Frauenlauf!
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, freundlich, herzlich. Es war sauber und wir hatten genug Platz.

Mein Lieblingshotel in Bern in einem super Viertel.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut , hätte mir noch ein wenig mehr leckeren und anderen schweizer Käse und Schinken gewünscht , aber es war grundsätzlich alles tiptop . Die Lage ist natürlich super . Das Hotel ist sauber und ruhig . Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist natürlich Gold wert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten , Cafés , Tram und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke . Sehr nah am Zentrum .

Cons:

Gefallen hat mir gar nicht , dass die Dichtung in der Dusche defekt war . Das sieht man sofort . Für den Zimmerpreis ungewöhnlich , aber auch kein Megadrama.

Pros:

Walkable to the rose garden and the town, however the tram is also very convenient and free through the hotel.
When we booked we received a free upgrade which hadn't been applied when we checked in, however this was quickly resolved.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Convenient parking on site.
Large room with patio doors on both the main room and bathroom, which helped due to the lack of air conditioning.

Cons:

The breakfast range and choice was quite limited.
Lack of air conditioning.
Pillows are quite poor in both size and comfort.

Habitacion amplia y comoda. Moderna, el baño impecable. El personal muy amable. A 20 min andando del centro o 9 en tranvia

War alles super. Jederzeit wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Mit Tram Linie Nr. 9 kommt man schnell zur Innenstadt und zur Bern Expo.
Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich. Es gibt für jeden etwas.
Dieses Hotel kann ich gut weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end à Berne !
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner et l’emplacement étaient supers ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les conseils des employés qui étaient présents à l’accueil sur les promenades et activités à faire à Berne, ils nous ont même prêté un sac pour que nous puissions aller nous baigner avec nos affaires.
