Ugodno, ali ostavlja dojam hotela s najviše 3*

Soba je bila čista i uredna.

Cons:

Za hotel s 4*, gotovo da nema nikakvog sadržaja. Sobu koju smo dobili bila je u potkrovlju i spavaonica je bila na galeriji do koje se ide stepenicama, što nikako nismo očekivali.

Po cijelom hotelu su tepisi koji su istrošeni i koje je odavno trebalo promijeniti.

U WCu je bila samo jedna rola WC papir, kad sam na recepciji tražio da nam sobarica donese WC papir, recepcioner mi je doslovno dao rolu papir u ruku, za hotel ove kategorije ipak bi trebala razina usluge biti veća.

1. Safe was broken and they couldn’t fix it
2. Phone was not working and they could not fix it.
3. Smells like mold
4. AC working was bad
5. Elevator was not going to 6th floor all the way.
6. Was very old interior , pictures are not making the justice.

Lovely staff and great location
Pros:

The room was split over 2 levels sitting area and bathroom downstairs and bedrooms upstairs, the beds were comfortable. There were lots of sockets available. The staff were friendly and attentive ensuring we had all the information we needed for a great stay. Right next to good public transport within a few minutes walk taking around 15 min right into the town.

Cons:

The one thing we really struggled with was there was a skylight window in the sleeping area, it did not have a blind on it meaning the light was bright from early morning we only stayed 2 nights if this had been a longer stay then it would have been a problem for us as this impacted on our sleep.

Počáteční přivítání nebylo příjemné, jinak je hotel moc pěkný a útulný

Cons:

Ubytování jsem platila přes internet.. při příjezdu mi bylo řečeno že ano hotel máme zaplacený, ale musíme zaplatit ještě zvlášť turistickou daň... Ukázala jsem tedy mladému pánovi že v emailu stojí že Turistická daň je v ceně, že to tam je jasně napsáno.. i přesto to po mně chtěl zaplatit.. asi po 10 minutách dohadování se šel domluvit s manažerem a nakonec tedy přišel s tím, že je to v pořádku... Šlo sice o stovku, ale jestli to každý zaplatí dvakrát, tak si vydělají... Dejte si na to pozor...

Pros:

Чисто, уютно, убирают каждый день, приветливый персонал, хороший завтрак. Рядом трамвайная остановка откуда можно доехать прямо до центра
