Location was amazing but the rooms are very dirty
Pros:

The only good thing is the location which is perfect. However the rooms especially the floors were extremely dirty, very small, and not great especially compared to the price.

Le personnel est gentil et l’hotel est tres bien placé

Je suis venu à l’hotel pour une nuit avec ma compagne. Le lit est deux lits simples qui se séparents tres facilement, de plus il n’y a pas une grande couette mais deux petites. Pour un couple c’est top. Les murs sont pleins de traces de coulures, la douche est bouchée, la vue de la fenêtre face à un mur n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce. Je suis très décus d’avoir trouvé une chambre aussi vetuste pour le prix, de plus les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité.
Je ne recommande pas cet hotel sauf si vous souhaitez y passer avec votre meilleur pote après avoir testé tous les coffee shop de la ville.

Lovely views with noisy neighbours
Pros:

Location was great and staff was friendly and helpful. The view from my bedroom window was lovely.

Cons:

Noisy neighbours next door. I booked this hotel because I wanted a relaxed evening to myself. However the people in the room next door were up until midnight playing music and dancing and singing really loud until someone went to tell them to be quiet. Why didnt the hotel staff notify them earlier? Also the toilet seat in my bathroom was loose and nearly fell to the floor when I sat on it.

lovely! perfect location, comfy beds, kind staff.
Pros:

The receptionist was very welcoming when we first arrived, checked us into our rooms and told us to help ourselves to free tea and coffee whenever we needed, about numbers we’d need to call if we got locked out, and the wifi. she then said we had the room with the nicest view and it was really beautiful. comfy and clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a little bit of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that lingered if we accidentally kept it open, and the shower panel wasn’t long enough which meant the bathroom floor got covered in water whilst showering, even when being very cautious.

Cons:

very run down and lack of privacy due to an inch gap at the bottom of our room door meaning we could hear everything and everything we said could be heard. Could not tell if the room was clean and the bathroom had a very damp smell. no storage in the room and hardly enough space to even put the small open suitcase.

The location of the hotel was central, which made everything within walking distance or very accessible to get the tram or metro, which was just out front

Cons:

The room needs updated. The cleanliness of the room was poor. The flooring hadn't even been brushed or washed, as you could see the dirt laying on it. There was a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom and was so strong it was coming out into the room. We did report this issue to the reception on the first day but the problem was not solved.
