Accoglienza ottimale, personale gentile, cordiale e molto chiaro nelle spiegazioni. La pulizia impeccabile della struttura. La posizione a 10 Min dal centro storico

Cons:

Colazione: il primo giorno a buffet, per il secondo giorno mi è stato chiesto di compilare un foglio indicando le mie preferenze e l' orario preciso in cui l' avrei fatta. Comprendo le esigenze del gestore, ma è un po' limitante per l'ospite.
Inoltre, piccolissimo disagio: il copri water non era fissato bene. Andrebbero controllate queste cose prima dell' arrivo dell' ospite.

Very basic breakfast. Limited parking spaces, that you need to book in advance. No lift to the rooms, which can be challenging if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Purtroppo al mio arrivo, ore 15:30, la camera non era pronta. La mattina stessa avevo chiamato per comunicare il mio orario di arrivo poiché 1 ora dopo il mio arrivo avevo un appuntamento molto importante di lavoro presso il Teatro dei Rinnovati. La camera purtroppo non era pronta. Sono entrata in camera alle ore 16:00.

La camera troppo piccola non c’era spazio nemmeno per appoggiare una valigia il bagno piccolo e scomodo i servizi non avevano gli spazi necessari per essere utilizzati, la doccia nonostante io non sono molto grosso ho fatto fatica a starci dentro.
