Das Frühstückstaum sehr Eng und Quantität nicht ausreichend.

Cons:

In der Buchung steht (Reservierungsnummer 5274462169), das für die City Tax steht 1.50 Euro/Nacht habe aber 5.00Euro/Nacht bezahlt.
Bitte prüfen ob es korrekt ist.

ottima posizione, camere comode

Cons:

La camera sapeva di fumo, non so se fosse una camera fumatori convertita in non fumatori, fatto stà che c'era un'odore di fumo molto fastidioso.
La colazione con le brioche congelate per il livello di hotel non ha nessun senso.
Il bagno è minuscolo.
Le camere al piano terra non sono insonorizzate si sente dal vicino che va in bagno a chi sta facendo colazione a chi sta preparando la colazione ecc.

Il terrazzo mozzafiato

Che al mattino seguente durante il pagamento il ragazzo alla reception ci dice che il titolare aveva chiesto una maggiorazione di 30€ perché il bimbo non aveva 0 anni ma 7 ( io avevo dimenticato di cliccare l età del bimbo , mia distrazione) , ora mi chiedo ?
quando abbiamo consegnato il documento non poteva già farci notare l errore ? E darci una camera con lettino a parte e pagare la maggiorazione? Invece hanno atteso il mattino successivo , hanno chiesto la maggiorazione e fatto dormire in tre in un letto king size ( per fortuna!!! )
È stata distrazione non selezionare l età perché comunque senza documenti non fanno entrare con un bimbo in nessun hotel !!
Per il resto tutto bene .. consiglio !!

Accoglienza ottimale, personale gentile, cordiale e molto chiaro nelle spiegazioni. La pulizia impeccabile della struttura. La posizione a 10 Min dal centro storico

Cons:

Colazione: il primo giorno a buffet, per il secondo giorno mi è stato chiesto di compilare un foglio indicando le mie preferenze e l' orario preciso in cui l' avrei fatta. Comprendo le esigenze del gestore, ma è un po' limitante per l'ospite.
Inoltre, piccolissimo disagio: il copri water non era fissato bene. Andrebbero controllate queste cose prima dell' arrivo dell' ospite.
