Pros:

Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Der Kühlschrank mager gefüllt, teuer und das Wasser fehlte obwohl ich es zweimal nachgefragt hatte.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war überfordert. Auf welcher wunderschönen Dach Terrasse waren die begeisterten Gäste?

Gemütliche und schöne Unterkunft in Gehdistanz zur historischen Altstadt. Tolle Dachterrasse mit schöner Aussicht auf den Dom und die ganze Altstadt.

Cons:

Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem eigenen Grundstück sehr limitiert, in der Umgebung sollte sich aber ein öffentlicher Parkplatz finden.

Great Siena Hotel
Pros:

Villa Elda Boutique Hotel was an outstanding place to stay in Siena and easily one of the highlights of our trip. The room was beautifully decorated, spotless, and felt thoughtfully designed without losing comfort. It struck a lovely balance between boutique charm and practicality.

The location was excellent — close enough to walk comfortably into the historic centre within about 10 to 15 minutes, while still being far enough away to avoid the busiest tourist crowds. Having parking available was also a major advantage in Siena and made the stay far less stressful.

Service was warm and mostly very friendly throughout our stay, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The breakfasts were perfectly adequate, although not quite at the same exceptional standard as the accommodation itself. A few small details, such as cold boiled eggs, slightly stale pastries on the second morning, and inconsistent coffee quality depending on who prepared it, stood out

Cons:

One small practical improvement would be additional hooks, shelves, or surface space in the rooms for travellers with luggage and personal items. It is a surprisingly common issue in hotels, but worth mentioning for longer stays.

Overall, though, Villa Elda delivered a superb experience. Beautiful rooms, an excellent location, convenient parking, and genuine charm made this a very easy five out of five stay for us.
