Pros:

Alles toll, sehr gut erholt. Einzig in der Küche haben kleine Löffel und Gabeln gefehlt und kleine Schüsseln wären auch gut gewesen. Aber die Betreiber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und man hätte es ganz sicher einfach melden können. Waren wir aber zu faul zu. Lage zu den historischen Highlights sehr gut und mit dem sehr charmanten Örtchen Casole D‘Elsa hat man auch in 5min. mit dem Auto eine gute Nahversorgung. Sehr ruhig. Hunde waren erlaubt und haben auch in den EG Wohnungen einen schönen Garten. Wichtig für Nicht- Hundebesitzer aber Eltern: die Betreiber haben sehr darauf geachtet, dass Hundebesitzer die Regeln einhalten wie z.B. Hunde nicht am Pool. Gemeinschaftsgrill.

Posto incantevole e grande disponibilità dello staff

Bellissimo posto immerso nelle colline toscane a poca distanza da Siena, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Volterra, Colle D’Elsa. Abbiamo trascorso il capodanno in questa struttura: eravamo una comitiva di 9 adulti e 5 bambini. Ci hanno messo a disposizione tre appartamenti vicini molto carini. Lo staff davvero molto disponibile e gentile e pronto a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Grande punto di forza di questo posto: il barbecue vicino alla piscina! Ci ha permesso di grigliare la carne per il cenone del 31 dicembre!

Cons:

Se posso dare un consiglio: occorrerebbe prevedere almeno 2 rotoli di carta igienica per ogni bagno per soggiorni superiori a 2 notti.

Pros:

Beautiful property, friendly staff, great location for day trips to local towns (Monteriggioni, Sienna, San Gimignano, Volterra). Nice to have the option to order croissants and bread for breakfast from the local bakery. Lovely restaurant next door. Handy to have access to a laundry (small fee).

Cons:

Would be good to have tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen. Lounge was a bit old, and pillows on the bed very flat.

Perfekte Kulisse mit Potenzial

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt um Städte in der Toskana wie Siena oder Arezzo zu besuchen. Die Gartenanlage ist ein Traum. Die Inhaber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung und das Ambiente der Wohnung entspricht nicht dem, was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Unsere Wohnung war sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Uns wurde jedoch gesagt, das einiges im Winter renoviert werden soll. Der Betreiber ist uns aber bei einer Ansprache sehr freundlich entgegnet und hat sich kompromissbereit gezeigt.
