Wonderful mountain getaway- perfect for cross-country skiers!
Pros:

Great location, wonderful family suite with ample space and great balcony with a view of the mountains.

Cons:

Sometimes service was a bit slow but nothing too bad.

Sehr schönes Hotel, angenehmes Ambiente und freundliches Personal.
Vor allem der Hausmeister hat bei kleinen Problemen sofort und erfolgreich geholfen.

Cons:

Leider war von der Hotellleitung bei dem einen oder anderen Problem niemand zu erreichen, im Gegensatz zum Hausservice.

Obwohl die Zimmer gut waren, kann ich das Hotel aufgrund des Services nicht empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und neu eingerichtet. Essen war gut, aber nicht sehr gut

Cons:

Service des Personals war nicht gut. Kein Parkplatz verfügbar. Personal war nicht bemüht uns zu helfen einen Parkplatz ortsnah zu finden. Keine Bademäntel auf den Zimmer.
Anmeldung sehr umständlich. Ausfüllen vieler Formulare - Kopien der Personalausweise etc.

Super schöne und erholsame Tage
Pros:

Bequeme Betten . Hotel, super Design . Essen sehr gut und abwechslungsreich
Seefeld , sehr schöner Ort.

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation . Zu wenig für das Hotel . Gut, wir hatten nur ein kleines Auto.
Wellnessbereich dürftig etwas grösser sein

Ich habe leider mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Das Hotel war gemütlich und stilvoll.

Cons:

Man hat sich vom Personal nicht ernst genommen gefühlt. Probleme mussten x-mal gemeldet werden bis sie endlich mal behoben wurden. Und auch beim Abendessen war das Personal sehr unflexibel.

Comfortable rooms , great breakfast and dinner service .
Pros:

Large selection of choices at breakfast both hot and cold . Dinner too was very good ,buffet selection for starters and plated main course. Presentation very good and all dished very tasty .

Cons:

The only negatives and why we didn't give full marks was the property was far too hot . We had no heating on in the bedroom but still needed the windows open . The dining area and bar were stifling at times . Also the bar service was a bit slow and the bar closes at 9pm ,maybe just a staffing issue ..

Für ein 4 Sterne-Hotel enttäuschend
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal - die Buttermaschine ;-)

Cons:

1. die fehlende Qualität des Frühstücks / Abendessens (einfache Aufbackbrötchen, Standardaufschnitt, Leitungswasser in der Karaffe nicht kostenlos, teurer Hauswein schmeckt nicht)
2. flache große Teller mit einer Vertiefung in der Mitte sollen die kleinen Portionen des Hauptgangs größer erscheinen lassen
3. Einstiegshöhe Bett liegt mit 70 cm zu hoch. Matratzen sind sehr weich.

Die Lage ist gut, die Piste ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend.

Das Zimmer war extrem staubig, die Betten waren mit Haaren verschmutzt und auch die Tassen sowie das Besteck für den Kaffee waren schmutzig. Das Bett selbst war äußerst unbequem, und die Bettlaken fühlten sich sehr unangenehm an – man hat jede Nacht stark geschwitzt.

Beim Frühstück setzte sich der negative Eindruck fort: Das Geschirr war durchgehend schmutzig, das Personal wirkte überfordert und unfreundlich. Besonders unangenehm war, dass ich sogar angeschrien wurde, nachdem ich darauf hingewiesen habe, dass ein Teller sehr heiß serviert wurde, ohne den Gast vorher darauf aufmerksam zu machen.

Beim Check-in am Empfang erhielten wir keinerlei Informationen zum Hotel oder zum Aufenthalt, was sehr unprofessionell wirkte.

Zusätzlich sind die Parkplätze sehr teuer, der Zugang ist nicht barrierefrei und der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Hoteleingang ist recht weit und umständlich.

Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
