Eine tolle Unterkunft.Wir haben ein tolles, ruhiges Zimmer gehabt. Mega Pool, alles schön und sauber! Leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen. Gerne wieder.

Hat uns gefallen

Das Essen war sehr fein und vielvältig. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr schön und gross. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut vom Hotel.

Cons:

Ich denke die Zimmer sind nicht für ältere Leute geeignet. Die Betten sind zu hoch und es fehlte ein Stuhl um sich sitzend anzuziehen. Die Tücher wurden alle immer gewchselt, auch wenn sie aufgehängt waren, das fanden wir unnötig. Mir fehlt ein Nachttisch um ein Buch.... hinzulegen. Auch hate ich das Gefühl, dass man besser darann ist, wenn man eglisch spricht. Das Personal war freundlich und hat sich bemüht deutsch zu verstehen. Ich habe ein Spiel vergessen einzupacken, das kam leider nicht mehr zum Vorschein. Die Parkplätze müssten neu eingekiest werden. Das Trinkasser wir viel zu teuer verkauft.

Würde das Hotel auf jedenfalls weiterempfehlen. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein schöner Urlaub!
Pros:

Service, Mitarbeiter waren aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Auch zum Abendessen gab es eine große Auswahl!

Cons:

Chaotische Parkplätze,kein System
Schwimmbad müsste gereinigt werden,hatten einen Tag am Rand des Beckens ringsherum schwarze Hände.
Verkleidung der Heizung stand seitlich der Couch und sah unschön aus. Außerdem war es sehr heiß oder sehr kalt im Zimmer. Sollte repariert werden, aber es geschah leider nicht.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Bequemes Bett, gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, leckeres Abendessen, ein netter Indoor Kinderspielplatz,

Wasser kommt sehr schnell sehr heiß aus jeder Leitung, Service war zwar überaus aufmerksam, hat für unseren Geschmack teilweise zu schnell die Teller abgeräumt.

Pros:

Full of character and Austrian charm. Lovely seating areas. The food was delicious and plenty of it.

Cons:

The service was shocking. We were a large group and booked our rooms under our own family names. They were incapable of allocating the bar bills each night to each room, despite us itemising the bill for them with our room numbers. On departure they charged all drinks for the entire week to one room, many of which we hadn’t consumed ! They were unable to produce receipts for each purchase but wouldn’t refund these drinks. I would never stay in this hotel again for fear of being met with a huge bill at the end. I spent the last 4 hours of my stay going through receipts and on my return backwards and forwards with emails which were just met with , no solution. It put a real dampener on our holiday and us out of pocket. We were informed that they had a new system . It clearly wasn’t working and staff hadn’t been trained. We paid a lot of money to stay at VAYA and didn’t expect this. Totally unacceptable.

Not so comfortable beds, heating and ventilation system could be better, also Internet almost didn’t work in the room…

Top en goede locatie voor wintersport
Pros:

Sfeervol en schoon

Cons:

Weinig parkeerplaats. En mogelijk om even je spullen te laden en lossen. Maar grote parkeerplaats ( 5 min lopen ) is iets verder op en was goedkoper dan bij het hotel
