Hotel Alpenresidenz Adler

I liked the small alpine chalet feel, the breakfast and dinner meals were first grade, closeness to ski lift.
It is close to the road, so you may need to go prepared (ear plugs and/or sleep mask).

Both dinner and breakfast at the hotel were very good. The staff is amazing. There is a feeling that you are in a family run facility. Everything felt clean. The baseline double room that we stayed in felt outdated. However, great experience overall.

Gediget Österrikisk hotell med fantastiskt trevlig personal. Fina stora rum med mycket sköna sängar.

We didn’t have a chance to stay in this hotel.
During reservation, there was a problem. Our reservation for the family was accepted but in fact the hotel was for adults only.
When we arrived, the staff of the hotel explain that to us and transfer our reservation to another hotel.

Good location in connection to Kitzski ski resort.
Super service minded and friendly staff giving us a feeling of being welcome and looked after. Super food with good variation in the half board plan. All in all a place we would return to.

Heerlijke ruime kamer met groot balkon, mooie badkamer. Ik miste de thee- en koffiefaciliteiten op de kamer.

Günstige Lage direkt mit Skibusanbindung. Allerdings ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen - das gilt auch für den Wellnessbereich. Die Sauna ist klein und insgesamt alles recht duster im Keller.

Alles zur Zufriedenheit für ein paar schöne Tage...

Havde halvpension.. og maden var ud over al forventning .. rigtig venligt personale

Vi havde 3 dag på dette lille familie hotel, lige fra receptionen til alt personale var meget søde og imøde kommende og rigtig god mad og rent over alt på værelser og pool område. Hyggelig lille by og vandre områder vi kommer tilbage. 😃

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und der Koch kann sein Werk. Wir haben das Essen und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Bus direkt beim Hotel war sehr bequem.

Welcome by the receptionist was very unfriendly. Set menu portion and food quality were poor. Room is clean and comfortable. Overall it was more like a three stars. Although the buffet was very good.

Overall a very good hotel. Welcoming and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good facilities with the spa and pool. The food was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
