Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel und toller Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Der Gesamteindruck des Hotels. Überaus freundliches Personal, top Zimmer, zentrale Lage und ein sehr ansprechendes, vielfältiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Von unserer Seite her gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Ok for the position
Pros:

It is in the city centre, it is clean, the breakfast was good and the lady preparing the food was just amazing and friendly.

Cons:

The room looked outdated, it gave the vibe of an old eastern hotel. I don't really get the high reviews, it is ok, not great.

Fabulous Town to visit and and lovely Hotel.
Pros:

We loved our stay. Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent. Hotel was great. Would stay again when back in Innsbruck.

Best Hotel in Innsbruck! Excellent location, amazing staff, and very comfortable.
Pros:

This hotel is excellent. Location is just across the river from Old Towne and is about a 5 minute walk or less. Close to many things. We walked to everything we needed. Excellent free breakfast. Staff was so nice. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout while we waited for our next transfer. Very clean, comfortable, and safe. We would 100% stay here again. Book it!

Pros:

A very nice hotel with very courteous staff. The location is excellent, a stone throw from the old town filled with many restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended

Très bon séjour à Innsbruck
Pros:

L'hôtel est proche du centre ville, en face de l'Inn. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Notre chambre était propre et très spacieuse!
Je retournerai dans cet hôtel sans hésiter si de passage.
Le personnel est également très souriant, merci à vous!

Pros:

Erinomainen sijainti Innsbruckin vanhan kaupungin kupeessa. Hotellin tilat ja huone olivat puhtaat ja siivottiin päivittäin. Aamupala oli riittävä keskieurooppalaiseen tyyliin. Henkilökunta oli hyvin palvelualtista. Vaikka huoneessa ei ollut näköalaa, niin kylpyhuoneesta löytyi sekä amme että suihku.

Ei ollut mitään erityistä moitittavaa.

Ubicación ,desayuno, limpieza y la camarera del bar es una chica encantadora.

El parking cuando fuimos a recoger el coche nos hubiera dado una tarjeta que hubiésemos dejado en el buzón y nos hubiésemos ahorrado bajar, subir ,bajar,subir la calle para avisar que nos abrieran y al final nos dieron la tarjeta
