Great location and views, kind staff, good breakfast and beds
Pros:

The location was excellent, the bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was really delicious. We had a very warm welcome and suggestions for places to eat plus using local transit with the staff member named Elise. When we return to Innsbrook, we will rebook the same property.

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, um das Zentrum von Innsbruck zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und das Lichtkonzept ist durchdacht. Beim Frühstück gab es eine sehr gute Auswahl und einen schönen Blick auf das Zentrum.

Hotel que va sumando buenas sorpresas

La renovación de un edificio histórico con habitaciones modernas y funcionales. Personal cordial. La ubicación, sobresaliente

Cons:

En el desayuno podrían haber huevos revueltos (solo hay huevos duros) es un detalle sin importancia ya que el desayuno es muy fino y variado

Great location, excellent staff and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location with a short walk across the river to the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff and delicious buffet breakfast with good service. Our room looked out to the river and the town which was nice. Air conditioning was great for warm weather and the beds were comfortable.

De ligging in het Centrum was perfect kleine loopaftand

De Prijs was voor te hoog voor wat je kreeg ik had meer ervan verwacht voor dit geld geen uitzicht vond het nogal tegenvallen net zoal de keus van het ontbijt weinig keus maar dit is mijn meening

מלון מקסים, חדרים נעימים מיקום מעולה קרוב לעיר העתיקה, הצוות בחדר האוכל מקסים.

אין חניה במלון ולכן נאלצנו לחנות רחוק, רק לאחר יומיים קיבלנו את כרטיס ההנחות לעיר וגם זאת רק לאחר שביקשנו, חבל שלא הכינו את הכרטיס מראש

Lovely hotel. Would stay again. If you can book a room with the river view. It’s worth it.

We had a medium sized room with a river view. Stunning. Great location next to the old town. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Nice size room and bathroom.
We were allocated a room on the Fourth floor next to the lift. We thought there would be noise from the lift but none at all. Fantastic hotel.

Cons:

Nothing. Although there was no tea and coffee facilities in the room, which we prefer, you can make your own downstairs and take it to your room.
There is even a designated place to put your cups afterwards. So not a problem.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, direkt an der Brücke zur Innenstadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die nette Hotelbar ist täglich bis 24 Uhr geöffnet. Frühstück ist okay, hat aber noch Luft nach oben!

Cons:

Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert. Die riesigen Kopfkissen haben einen erholsamen Schlaf verhindert und zu Verspannungen geführt.
