Pros:

The staff is smiley, helpful. The room is very clean the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast in the lovely traditional room is very good.

Cons:

It's bright at night, some rooms have blinds not all rooms

Lovely
Pros:

The staff, especially the breakfast staff, were so lovely. We stayed in a room without a view and it was a nice and cozy room. Very tidy as well. The location is perfect, you just need to cross the river to get into town. The breakfast was really good.

Not 4 star standards
Pros:

I booked this specific hotel due to its proximity to the Nordkette skiing area; unfortunately that was closed due to avalanches and we had to take a 30 min bus to the nearest skiable area.
The location is good, the room was quiet (though you could hear the tub filling and draining from other rooms), but a bit small.

Cons:

The breakfast was basic and exactly the same every day. No one offered warm food (aside from boiled egg) and on our last day we notice other people were getting scrambled eggs only if they asked for that, which i don't think it's great for a 4 star hotel.
Some of the staff were also unfriendly and not very helpful (we were not told about the Welcome cards that offer free bus and discount for gondolas, we had to ask multiple times for soap and pillows etc.).
Also the duvets are very small, and I am not sure how a fully grown adult can comfortably fit under. I am particularly thin, as well as my 10 year old and we barely managed to keep under these narrow duvets, which we were told are standard size (!?!).
The cleanliness was also questionable - the toilet looked clean, but smelled like urine; also no one mopped in the bathroom or washed the toilet for the whole week that we stayed there, and the amount of hair and dirt was really piling up on the floor.

Pros:

Przestronny pokój. Świetnie usytuowany hotel, blisko Centrum i Starego Miasta. Miły personel oraz dobre śniadanie.

Cons:

Za tą cenę można by się było spodziewać wody do picia, ewentualnie jakiegoś mini baru w pokoju. Brak parkingu, ale blisko parking miejski.

L'emplacement, le lieu, la qualité de l'accueil et des équipements sont très bons tout comme le petit déjeuner fourni.

Cons:

Le parking qui ne semble pas pratique. Il est plus pratique de se garer au parking du congrès à 5min à pied pour 18€ par jour
