Pros:

A szoba szép es tiszta, az ágy kényelmes, az elhelyezkedés szuper!!

Cons:

A reggeli nem egy négy csillagos hotelhez illik. Zöldség minimális, minden nap ugyan az a két felvágott és sajt. A parkolás elég macerás, de ez a hely adottságágából érthető. Ha nem a folyóra néz a szoba, akkor a kilátás elég szörnyű.

Unfriendly and impersonal attitude at reception
Pros:

The hotel is clean, and conveniently located within easy walking distance of Innsbruck's Old Town.

Cons:

I chose Hotel Mondschein because I wanted to give my niece and her husband a two-night stay in Innsbruck as a gift. Considering the hotel's premium prices, I expected excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the reception experience was extremely disappointing.
When I visited the hotel months in advance to book the room in person, the receptionist simply pointed to a stack of business cards on the reception desk and told me to make the reservation online instead of assisting me. On the day of arrival, after my niece's train was severely delayed, I went to the hotel again to arrange a late check-in. Once again, the same receptionist pointed to the same stack of cards and instructed me to complete the online check-in so the welcome cards could be sent by email—even though I was standing at the reception desk and paying the local tourist tax in person.
To make matters worse, she criticized me for booking through Booking.com instead of the hotel's own website. I find it unprofessional to criticize guests for using a booking platform that the hotel itself has chosen to work with.
Online services should complement—not replace—personal hospitality. If every request is redirected to a website, one has to wonder what the purpose of the reception desk is. If I wanted a completely self-service experience with no personal interaction, I could have chosen a much cheaper hotel with automated check-in and machine-based services. At a hotel charging premium rates, I expect staff to provide genuine customer care when guests need it.
The hotel may have its merits, but the unfriendly and impersonal attitude at reception fell far below my expectations. Because of this experience, I will not recommend Hotel Mondschein to my family, friends, or business guests.
