Все было очень хорошо. Номер, еда, бассейн, спа, парковка. Весь персонал отзывчив и приветлив

Cons:

Единственным недостатком была неприспособленность отеля к большой жаре. Нет кондиционеров в номерах. В наши дни пребывания температура доходила до 35 днем. Немного спасали вентиляторы выданные на рецепшен. Но в целом неожиданно было, что в четырехзвездочном отеле нет кондиционеров.

Delightful stay in a genuine Austrian hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast covered all needs. The scrambled eggs were delicious!
The location was unexpected. I thought i was closer to the city but catching the J bus and 6 tram was great and free thanks to Innsbruck welcome card.
2 men working in the dining room, (sorry don't know their names) were kind and helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

I didn't like the heat. Not your fault though. 😄
A fan in the room would have been helpful.

Für 3 Tage ok
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit! Frühstück war ok für ein 4 Sterne Hotel!

Cons:

Es war extrem heiss im Zimmer da es keine Air con gibt, da ich einen conference call hatte bat ich die Stewardess das Zimmer am ersten Tag nicht zu machen , am zweiten Tag hat sie geklopft und ich bat sie um 10:30 zu kommen da wir das Zimmer verlassen, wir sind gegen 18:00 zurück gekommen und mussten feststellen dass nichts gemacht wurde! Die Dusche ist in Kombination mit der Badewanne , sehr hoch zum raus und reinsteigern und extrem rutschig! Wir haben einmal zu Abend gegessen, der Kellner war sehr freundlich aber das essen war jetzt nichts wofür ich nochmals kommen würde. Generell in der ganzen Region merkt man extrem an der kulinarischen Qualität dass keine Köche am Werk sind, oder zumindest keine österreichischen Köche, schade ☹️

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel atypique
Pros:

Très bel hôtel atypique, bien situé
Chambre spacieuse, très jolie, lumineuse et propre
Personnel accueillant
Bon rapport qualité/prix pour le repas

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de clim, car avec les fenêtres ouvertes le bruit de l’extérieur est pénible entre les voitures et les camions qui passent juste sous la fenêtre

Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür oder 10min zur Waldtram, alles mit Gästekarte gratis!
Tolle Lage, für Wanderungen.

Cons:

Badewanne ohne Antirutschbelag
Winziger Innenpool - zum Glück ist der Länder See nicht weit
Restaurantpreise schon hoch - scheint aber für ganz Innsbruck zu gelten - Essen aber gut

Mysigt hotell. Bra med busskortet vi använde flitigt. Supermysig by.

Cons:

Dåligt med glutenfria alternativ. Det fanns ingen information på menyerna till middag och inget bröd till frukosten.

Pros:

Loved everything ! Location in Igls village which is 10 min, or by bus pickup right in front of hotel, excellent mountain views, indoor pool and spa, free car parking.

Few nights base visiting Innsbruck, well spelt nights.
Pros:

The room with kitchen was spacious enough for 2 people, the pool was warm and not usually crowded. We slept very well.

Cons:

For a small town, the street can be somewhat noisy in the morning with buses running so the windows had to be closed in the morning. But it was nice that the window could be opened.
