Todo fue muy bien, el desayuno, la habitación, el gimnasio, la piscina, el personal facilitándome leche de avena para el desayuno, el personal de recepción fue muy agradable y nos facilitaron un pase gratuito para el autobús.

Sok pozitív élményem volt a szállással kapcsolatban, ami miatt máskor is szívesen visszatérnék még.
Pros:

Fantasztikus volt a reggeli kínálata és minősége. Kedves, udvarias kiszolgálás és probléma megoldás. Jó, hogy volt fittness terem is (a wellness részlegen kívül). Nagyon jó a szálloda elhelyezkedése a tömegközelekedés szempontjából, napközben 10 percenként megy busz a szálloda mellől, amivel be lehet jutni Innsbruckba vagy akár a közeli felvonóhoz. Mindenképpen érdemes kipróbálni a 6-os villamost is, ami egy nagyon hangulatos erdei útvonalon visz be Innsbruckba. A Wellness Carddal számos kedvezmény jár (pl. ingyenes tömegközlekedés). Számos túrázási lehetőséget kínál a környék.

Cons:

Nem gondoltam, hogy egy ilyen kisvárosnak ekkora átmenő forgalma van, emiatt eléggé hangos volt az utca frontra néző szobánk.

Accueil, Style du bâtiment typique, parking voiture gratuit, proximité transport en commun, petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Piscine non chauffée, non surveillée (un groupe de jeunes était à la piscine jusqu'à 23:00 en faisant énormément de bruit) donc plus d'une heure après l'heure autorisée. La qualité du wifi très mauvaise (débit faible avec pertes de connexion systématique) en soirée (fréquentation maximale de l'hôtel = débit faible)
Même si précisé dans le descriptif un établissement tel que celui-ci mériterait d'avoir la climatisation

Magical, from the location to the staff, everything was perfect
Pros:

What an amazing property. When we checked in I was given a glass and Prosecco and an extremely warm welcome, and it went up from there. The rooms are beautiful and all individual to different sports, each decorated in the designated sport. There’s a beautiful spa area with a pool and a sauna with relaxation areas, herbal tea and juices available. The view from the bedroom is the best I’ve ever seen. Tv (after being in Italy with no access to tv!) had all streaming platforms. You get a welcome card which gives you free local transport and discount on attractions. The bus service is second to none. Right outside the front door you can access the whole area. Buses every 10 minutes on av! Wouldn’t have left if I’d had an option and will be back.

Sehr schönes Hotel - Klimaanlage wäre gut
Pros:

Das Personal war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und liebevoll. Dazu gab es auch noch ein kleines Upgrade, so dass wir auch noch ein sehr komfortables Zimmer hatten.

Cons:

Ein Hotel ohne Klimaanlage kann bei den aktuellen Sommern schon problematisch sein. Bei uns war es aufgrund der großen Fenster - okay.
