Pros:

Super nettes Personal. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Frühstück ist Top, für jeden was dabei. Es gab nichts zu meckern.

We had a lovely stay
Pros:

A lovely place - both traditional and very modern. Excellent location. Good parking. Lovely, friendly staff. Supper clean. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. We loved the interior design and furniture made of recycled wood.

Cons:

The kitchenette was very basic. No microwave. Very few utensils and very few pieces of cutlery and crockery - bare minimum

Lage ist fantastisch, Busse fahren regelmässig rund um die Uhr nach Innsbruck.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich war früher gemütlicher, wirkt etwas steril.

Bra hotell, men små detaljer trekker ned.
Pros:

Stort fint rom med balkong. Kaffemaskin på rommet. Bra frokost 7.30-10. Trimrom med noen få apparater, to sykler og to elipsemaskiner. Grusplass for parkering bak hotellet.

Cons:

Varme rom, ingen ac. Man kan åpne vinduet, men da får du bråket fra trafikken utenfor. Anbefaler å ta med ørepropper. Ta også med dusjsåpe, dusjsåpa i dusjen blir ikke etterfylt mellom gjestene.

Pros:

We stay in this hotel second year in a row because we like it that much. Every room has it special vide and nicely decorated, hotel provide bathrobe and slippers if needed, breakfast is very good , staff is very friendly and supportive. For example they arranged for us bags with breakfast to go as we had an early check out. They also have swimming pool and nice storage for the ski equipment. Pleasant place to stay as a family

Cons:

We had a great time, but two things stood out for improvement:
1)Shower: The water pressure was very low and the temperature fluctuated constantly between hot and cold. It made bathing our child a struggle and not pleasant after the ski day
2) Sauna: It would be wonderful to have designated 'Family Hours' (e.g., 4 PM – 5 PM) where kids are welcome and swimwear is required. Currently, the nude-only policy makes it difficult for families to use the facility after skiing. Even so there are no signs in the sauna area that it is forbidden for kids or it is forbidden to be in the swimming suit other guest are making comments also for adults in the swimming suits.

Agréable séjour au Tirol
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour des ballades et transport en commun gratuit pour visiter Innsbruck

Cons:

Nuit un peu compliquée : la petite couette pour dormir n’était pas très douillette. La taille ne nous aurait pas dérangée si la couette avait été beaucoup plus confortable
