Pros:

Lage des Hotels ist gut. Gratisticket für öffentlichen Verkehr war sehr gut.

Cons:

Ich bevorzuge Dusche gegenüber Badewanne. WLAN hat in meinem Zimmer sehr schlecht funktioniert. Garage ist in gleichem nicht gerate guten Zustand seit Jahren.

SPORT Hotel e di sport non c'è nulla se non delle vecchie foto appese ai muri. Palestra imbarazzante
Pros:

Il signore che gestiva la sala della colazione. Gentilissimo!

Cons:

Tutto il resto. Colazione sempre con i vassoi vuoti e scarsamente ripristinati.
Servizio ristorante con un cameriere scortese che ci ha fatto attendere 1h e 20' per portare la prima e unica portata scelta per 3 commensali.
La palestra, senza attrezzi, senza asciugamani e senza carta per pulire i macchinari.
Meno male che è uno Sport Hotel...pensare se non lo fosse stato!!
La receptionist che non parla inglese come mio figlio di 6 anni e non capisce nulla.
Terribile!

Ok for families, old school property
Pros:

Comfortable room, available parking

Cons:

The room was at the front of the hotel and noisy, WiFi was very poor on the property and not working in my room. The response when asked about it was sorry nothing I can do about it.

Essen war sehr gut (aber zu teuer), Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Tiefgarage, Fahrradabstellecke und Parkplatz total heruntergekommen, Tor TG ging bei raus fahren nicht auf, Gänge unschön. Essen überteuert, Zimmer unterer Standard aber noch ok, Rezeption immer „beschäftigt“

Good hotel but lack of confirmed vegan breakfast spoiled the impression.
Pros:

Clean room, nice view to the montains, location, free parking behind the hotel.

Cons:

I got confirmed that vegan options are provided for breakfast (via booking messages and at reception the day before), at the day of the breakfast it turned out that kitchen was not informed and they do not have vegan options. After showing as proof messages, the personeel suggested to return me money for breakfast (they also said that they can not provide me smth now because supermarkets were closed that day). Luckily I had food with us, just in case.
My partner is not vegan, and he enjoyed the tasty and diverse breakfast.
If it would not be this situation I would rate this hotel higher.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und der Wellness Bereich war ganz wenig frequentiert und schön warm!
Das gesamte Personal war super freundlich incl. Reinigungsfrauen.
Wir konnten mit dem Bus, der alle 10 Minuten nach Innsbruck, zum patscherkofel, ... fuhr das Auto super stehen lassen. Auch die Pizzeria im Ort war sehr gut! Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war gigantisch! Es war mit Balkon!

Cons:

Das WLAN war im Zimmer sehr schlecht aber im Wellness Bereich gut!
Unser Zimmer ging zur Straße raus, was das öffnen des Fensters in der Nacht schwierig machte! In dem kleinen Ort waren schon früh morgens viele Menschen unterwegs, was echt störte!

Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr nettem Personal

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, an der Rezeption, am Spa-Bereich - übrall

Cons:

Die Matraze des Ausziehbettes war leider sehr hart. Aber es ist natürlich sehr gut, dass es die Möglichkeit eines Ausziehbettes für Kinder gibt.

Pros:

Vackert beläget med fin utsikt från balkongen. Fina rena rum och övriga lokaler. Mycket trevlig personal både i receptionen och restaurangen.

Cons:

Fruktansvärt dålig mat i restaurangen. Synd då det drar ner intrycket avsevärt.

四ツ星ホテルの快適さ。設備は一流、朝の食事も満足。インスブルック市内からは少し距離ありますが、ミュンヘン行く途中の宿だったので問題無し。

Cons:

建物大きく、レセプションから部屋まで歩きが長かった。
