Irresponsible staff
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Gave only one pillow. When asked for one more, I was told I am only one person and I get one pillow. No staff stays in the hotel after 7 pm, and it something happens, you’re on your own. We got a fire alarm triggered and the firefighters had to come and turn it off. The staffs were nowhere to be found. Wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, and the location was perfect.

Cons:

Street noise from Maximilianstraße was intense, and in the future, I would insist on a room that was not on the street.

Cons:

The hotel is conveniently located near the station and city center. However, it falls short in terms of basic hygiene and the overall guest experience.

We had informed the hotel in advance that we were traveling with a child. Upon arrival, we were allocated a room on the first floor that did not match the photos displayed on Booking.com. The room was located directly next to a busy road and traffic signal. The only source of ventilation was a window facing the road. Keeping the window open resulted in excessive traffic noise, while closing it made the room feel stuffy and difficult to breathe in.

The room also had an unpleasant odor, and there were visible stains on the walls that appeared to be from spilled juice or possibly vomit. Given these conditions, we immediately informed the staff that the room was unsuitable for our family and that we would need to find alternative accommodation.

We also contacted Booking.com and explained the situation, hoping for an amicable resolution, as the room conditions were not acceptable for a comfortable stay. We checked out within two hours of checking in and left the room keys at the reception.

To the hotel's credit, they refunded our payment the following morning, which we appreciated as a gesture of goodwill. However, the experience was disappointing because the room provided was significantly different from what was advertised online. The photos on Booking.com created expectations that were not met in reality.

Pros:

The breakfast was okey, it’s good that is included in the price, the room was good and enough for two people with big bags, it has soap and shower gel. The location is perfect, that’s why we chose the hotel and the price is good for Innsbruck.

Cons:

There is no fridge in the room. The breakfast could be more.

Cons:

小さなエコノミーホテルだから仕方がないが、設備はイマイチである。水洗トイレの手洗いのような小さなサイズの洗面台、1人立つのでいっぱいのシャワー、事前にチェックしていなかったので気づかなかったが、部屋にヘアドライヤーがない。フロントに聞こうにも、夕方すぎると無人になってしまうのである。せめてチェックインの時に一言言って貸してくださるとよかった。

La habitación tiene moqueta vieja y le vendría bien una renovación.
