Seefeld und das Hotel Mountains sind in der Zwischensaison eine Reise wert!
Pros:

Größe und Ausstattung der Zimmer, Wellnessbereich, besonders indoor und outdoor Schwimmbad und Whirlpools.

Cons:

Die Lage der Suite im 1. Stock lag an der Durchgangsstraße, trotz unserer Bitte um ein ruhiges Zimmer.

Pros:

Alles war wunderbar. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team, das unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht hat. Die Jungs vom Restaurant waren spitze! Vielen Dank für die Geburtstagsgrüße und die Blumen. Auch die Rezeption hat sich schnell um alles gekümmert und unsere Wünsche umgehend erfüllt. Alles lief reibungslos und professionell ab.

Une très bonne surprise !
Pros:

Contrairement à ce qu'on a pu lire sur booking et sur google, le personnel était très accueillant et aux petits soins avec nous (nous n'étions pas des plus calmes avec 3 enfants en bas age...merci pour leur patience !). La chambre était spacieuse avec de grands lits pour tout le monde. Peut etre que la terrasse aurait pu etre un peu mieux aménagée pour que nous l'utilisons. Le restaurant était très sympa, tout vitré avec un vue splendide sur les montagnes et les repas étaient très corrects au regard du prix de la demi-pension. L'espace spa était très agréable avec une partie en intérieur et une autre en extérieur. Seul tout petit bémol : la température de la piscine intérieure, un peu fraiche pour un bébé.

L'aménagement de la terrasse de la chambre et la température de l'eau de la piscine.

Zimmer waren nicht richtig sauber, Bettlatten haben gefehlt. Kommunikation in Bezug auf das Restaurant und speziellen Anforderungen ( vergan ) erst nach drei Tagen einigermaßen annehmbar

Gefallen hat uns der Ort und die Umgebung.
Einzig das Personal im Restaurant war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Ich müsste einen Roman schreiben was mir an dem Hotel nicht gefallen hat.
Ich sag es salopp, das Hotel möchte gerne ein Sterne Hotel sein ist es aber bei weitem nicht!

Decent hotel, garage free of charge
Pros:

Location, garage, staff.

Cons:

The hotel isn't ready to adjust to people's needs. For example you can't enter the swimming pool a minute before it actually opens neither after it closes. Also the opening hours of the swimming pool should be written in the description in order to avoid dissapointment upon arrival. The fridge in the room was empty and not working. There could be a coffee/tea maker in the room. The breakfast selection could be better for the price paid.

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel, and while the location is fantastic—right in front of the ski slopes—I found the price to be a bit high for the conditions and what was offered. I also think the staff should speak fluent English; the person who checked me in didn’t have a strong command of the language, which made communication a bit difficult. Check-out, however, was fine. The breakfast could have had more variety; for the price paid per night, I expected a greater selection of food. On the positive side, the hotel is well-located, right by the slopes, but it would be a great improvement if they extended the pool hours. They close at 8 p.m., and I think having them open until at least 10 p.m. would be a fantastic improvement.

Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht und werde bestimmt nicht wieder im Mountain Hotel buchen. Schade denn es war das Geburtst

Der Eingangsbereich sieht schön aus und das Hotel ist sehr Zentrumsnah.

Cons:

Die Heizung im Bad hat leider nicht funktioniert, war kalt und die Duschtücher konnten nicht trocknen. Empfang war sehr knapp und unpersönlich mit der Aufgorderung; ich soll mich online über die Essenszeiten, Öffnungszeiten… informieren.
Das Hotel sowie der Wellnessbereich ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen… ein Saunatuch zu erwischen war Glücksache…
Die Bilder der Webseite haben „spezielles und liebevolles Essen“ versprochen, das war jedoch nichts besonderes.

Tolle Lage, ganz viel zu Fuß erreichbar.
Parkplatz ohne Zusatzkosten inbegriffen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, sowie der Essensbereich.
Wir hatten nur Frühstück dazu gebucht, dies lies keine Wünsche übrig und war super👍🏼
Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer sowie der Balkon sind echt super👍🏼
Der Wellnessbereich ist zwar recht klein aber an sich völlig ausreichend. Was toll ist, dass neue Handtücher frei zugänglich im Wellnessbereich liegen und einfach genommen werden können.
Bis auf ein paar Kritikpunkte (siehe unten) ist das Hotel wärmstens zu empfehlen. Preis-Leistung ist hier einfach Spitze😊

Cons:

Im Wellnessbereich (innen) der Poolboden war leider an beiden Tagen dreckig und dazu auch noch sehr kalt. Vorallem der Whirlpool könnte zu dieser Jahreszeit noch einige Grad mehr ertragen.
Die Liegen im Innenpoolbereich sind mittlerweile sehr durchgelegen und dadurch nicht mehr bequem. Diese könnten auf alle Fälle ausgetauscht werden. Im Ruheraum könnte es ein klein wenig heller sein und es wäre schön wenn sowohl Musik läuft und der Kamin an wäre. Das gebe gleich eine ganz andere Atmosphäre und ist nur mit wenigen Handgriffen erledigt☺️
Von anderen Wellneshotels bin ich es noch gewohnt, dass im Wellnessbereich sowohl Wasser als auch Tee per Selbstbedienung angeboten wird, dass wäre noch das I-Tüpfelchen.
