Cons:

Although we stayed at the property, we were not provided access to the dinner buffet, as we were told it was already full. It was surprising and confusing to us that a dinner buffet could be full for in‑house guests. Additionally, we were not allowed to sit in the scenic area during breakfast, as it was reserved exclusively for guests who had booked the dinner buffet. This was very disappointing, as we missed the opportunity to enjoy and capture moments in a beautiful, photogenic space that we were genuinely looking forward to during our stay

Hotel kann ich empfehlen.
Pros:

Gute Lage, nettes Personal, schönes Zimmer, schöner Wellness Bereich, stilles Wasser, Äpfel über Ostern kl. schokoladiges Geschenk an Zimmertùr, gefärbte Ostereier und Schokoeier gratis im Rezeption Bereich, Bademantel und Sauna- und Badetücher, Tücher konnten gegen frische getauscht weden, Teebar und Wasser gratis im Saunabereich

Cons:

Keine freie Platzwahl beim Frühstück, Tische am Fenster waren nur für HP Gäste reserviert, je mehr HP Gäste da waren, desto mehr wurden die anderen Gäste nach hinten im Restaurant gedrückt.
Wenig Abwechslung beim Frühstück, Omelett frisch gemacht aber immer verbrannt, Waffeln nicht selbstgemachte, Kuchen ebenfalls gekauft, ebenso pankakes...(jammern auf hohem Niveau)
Parkplätze je nach Belegung auch knapp aber kostenlos.

The room was lovely and modern, and plenty of space for a family of 4.

Cons:

The pool was advertised as being heated, it was so cold that we couldn’t use it with our small children so had to pay to use the communal public swimming pool (which was extortionate). There was also a really small menu and restrictions on timings of when it was open and when you could eat. Made it extremely unhelpful with a young family

Sehr schönes Hotel, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schönes großes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten.

Cons:

Wurden vor der Anreise zwei Mal per E-Mail gefragt, ob wir mit Hund reisen und ob wir einen Hund dabei haben. Immer haben wir das verneint. Als wir ankamen hatten wir im Zimmer eine schöne Hundedecke und zwei Fressnäpfe stehen. Würde aber am zweiten Tag alles entfernt.

Sehr schöne Ortschaft. Wir gehen sehr gerne wieder dort hin, allerdings in einem anderen Hotel.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war schön und sauber.
Die Lage des Hotels war super. Schöne Aussicht von unserem Zimmer.
Am Ostersonntag, gab es von dem Hotel eine kleine Überraschung. An der Zimmertür hing am morgen eine kleine Osterüberraschung mit Schokolade.

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation naja. Da der Parkplatz von dem Hotel am zweiten Tag voll war, mussten wir an einem anderen Ort parkieren. Kosten wurden übernommen, nach verlangen des Hotelmanagers.
Frühstück war gut, leider fehlte jeden Tag wieder etwas neues.
Für uns war die Sitzgelegenheit beim Frühstück etwas diskriminierend. Alle mit Halbpension hatten einen reservierten Platz nahe beim Fenster. Alle anderen mussten sich einen freien Tisch suchen (in der unteren ebene).
Ebenfalls war die Kommunikation mit dem Personal etwas schwierig, da sie fast oder gar kein Deutsch konnten.
Der Wellnessbereich war leider nicht so, wie auf den Fotos versprochen. Die Pools waren sehr kalt. Der Aussenbereich war ungepflegt und ebenfalls funktionierte der Whirlpool nicht richtig.

Pros:

Ligging was mooi

Cons:

Veel te harde bed en geen topper te krijgen
Zelf wat georganiseerd om het wat zachter te krijgen na 2 nachten wilde we al een ander hotel zoeken
En als je 7:30 er was voor het ontbijt dan was er tot 8:30 nog geen spiegelei of omelet te krijgen te weinig personeel om het maken terwijl er genoeg hotelgasten er waren

We had a fab stay!
Pros:

Loved the spa facilities and the rooms. The bar and seating was very nice. Location right next to the Olympiabad and cross country skiing was fabulous.

Cons:

The pool temperature was often too cool, and even thoughthe schedule said that the sauna & steam room was to be opened at 12noon, they often weren't.

Das Hotel punktet mit nettem Personal und einer guten Atmosphäre. Leider konnte uns die Gastronomie gar nicht überzeugen. Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar viele Fertig- produkte und qualitativ nicht überzeugend, und auch beim Abendessen fehlte uns die Liebe zum Detail und der Geschmack. Hier besteht unserer Meinung nach dringender Optimierungsbedarf, um dem Standard des restlichen Hauses gerecht zu werden."

Leckeres kleines aber feines Frühstücksbuffet,schöner Spa- und Wellnessbereich, geräumiges und liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Balkon

Gebühren für Haustiere sollten zwischen Hund und Katze unterschieden werden; fast nur englischsprachiges bzw. andere fremdsprachiges Personal (außer Rezeption); kein Wasserkocher/Kühlschrank/Bar im Zimmer;

We would recommend
Pros:

Free parking, although limited (i got the last space at 4pm). Large modern room. Wellness area was nice, although the indoor pool can get a little busy. Breakfast was good. Bar was relaxing in the evening. I would stay again. Nice town, lots to do and see even though it is smallish. We also got a great last minute price. Thanks
