All you could wish for in a holiday

Wonderful place with all you could ask for, above kind hospitality by staff !

Only the coffee quality really. And perhaps some more gentle music background in the evening rather than pop music 🎶

Zum Wellnessen wirklich nicht geeignet

Das Zimmer war schön, und die Skipiste nicht weit (wenn man Skifahren möchte)

Ich bin mit meiner Freundin zum Wellness gefahren.
Leider mussten wir aber feststellen dass der Wellnessbereich kleiner ist als es auf den Bildern wirkt. Außerdem riecht es im Wellnessbereich nach Schimmel (moderig). Mit Bedauern haben wir uns diesen angeschaut, allerdings waren alle Becken voll, sowohl die Whirlpools als auch der im Außenbereich und der im Hause. Nach dem wir uns den Außenbereich angeschaut haben, wussten wir das wir hier nicht zum Wellness bleiben wollen. Des Weiteren waren die Becken wirklich kalt, hier könnte man wirklich meinen man wäre im Winter in einem Freibad. Wir waren insgesamt nur zwei Stunden in dem Hotel und sind dann wieder nach Hause gefahren. Beim aus checken wurde uns gesagt wir bekommen einen Teil unser Geld wieder und müssen nur eine E-Mail schreiben, diese habe ich auch sofort abgeschickt 31.12.2025 und ich habe bis heute keine Antwort erhalten 12.02.2026, auch nachdem ich im Januar nochmals diesbezüglich angerufen habe.

Sehr gute Lage, nah zum Ortszentrum und zum Skigebiet Gschwandkopf, das Skigebiet Rosshütte ist mit dem Auto oder Skibus schnell zu erreichen, sehr gute Auswahl beim Abendessen zwischen Fleisch, Fisch und Veggie, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Frühstücksangebot für ein 4 Sterne Hotel durchschnittlich, z.B. keine frischen Säfte, Auswahl des abendlichen Salatbüffets ebenfalls durchschnittlich, begrenzte deutsche Sprachkenntnisse des Personals erschwerten die Kommunkation bei Wünschen und Anfragen, Wellnessbereich teilweise schmutzig und schimmlig im Treppenaufgang zum Aussenpool sowie Whirlpool, Fenster zur Strasse nicht schallisoliert

Cons:

Alles perfekt. Barbetrieb leider trotz sehr schöner Ausstattung nur
Wenig benutzt. Liegt aber nicht am Hotel und dem freundlichen Personal.
Wintergäste (Langläufer) haben vermutlich andere Prioritäten und
Bevorzugen eventuell eher die gut ausgestatteten Wellnessanlage

➖Heizung im Zimmer konnte nicht kälter gestellt werden.
➖HP-menü am Abend sehr teuer 45€.

Habe mich wohlgefühlt die Tage.
Pros:

Zimmer geräumig. Betten angenehm. Frühstück mit reichlichem Angebot.

Cons:

Fenster leider nicht dicht da tw defekt, daher war der Straßenlärm relativ hoch.
