Schönes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage und tollem Wellnessbereich.
Pros:

Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel und sauber. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider mussten die 3 Kellner im leeren Frühstücksrestaurant einige Male angesprochen werden, bis man einmal bedient wurde. Fehlendes Besteck musste man sich selber holen, lag vielleicht auch an den fehlenden Deutschkenntnissen. Für diesen Preis und ein Hotel dieser Klasse etwas enttäuschend.

Pros:

Gute Lage, freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal.

Cons:

SPA Bereich anscheinend kaum besetzt vom Personal. 3 Tage dort gewesen und in der Zeit haben wir es nicht geschafft im SPA Bereich jemand vom Personal zu treffen um einen Termin für Behandlung zu vereinbaren.

Erholsam in gemütlichen und freundlichen Ambiente.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, schöner und durchdachter Spabereich, viel Holz was Wärme & Gemütlichkeit im ganzen Haus gibt. Es hat viel Raum in allen Bereichen, sehr komfortabel und grosszügig.

Cons:

Der Zugang zu den Pools & Sauna ist ab 16.30 Uhr erst ab 16 Jahren zugelassen.

Zimmer war leider extrem heiss! Ich weiß nicht ob es die Bodenheizung war, aber es war leider sehr unangenehm warm. Haben und sehr schwer getan zu schlafen dadurch. Haben das Problem an 2 Rezeptions-Mitarbeiter weitergeleitet und leider wurde keine Lösung vorgeschlagen. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt leider etwas getrübt und trotz versprechen, dass man sich informiert über das Problem und es uns wissen lässt was man tun kann haben wir nichts mehr gehört. Habe wirklich noch nie so ein warmes Zimmer bezogen. Vor allem zu dieser Jahreszeit.

Wasser im Zimmer zu Beginn leider in der Dusche, Badewanne und Waschbecken fast kochend warm. Mussten jemanden holen lassen, weil das kalte Wasser anscheinend im Zimmer abgedreht war. Problem konnte dann behoben werden. War aber zusätzlich zu dem sehr warmen Zimmer sehr unangenehm leider😅 schwitzen war vorprogrammiert
