The staff went out of their way all of the time to accommodate and do all of the little extra things. Amazing breakfast
Pros:

The location was fabulous. The rooms were gorgeous and huge for European standards. Nice to have a big bed! So quiet- never heard anyone else while in our room (but we know there were other guests).

Gerne kommen wir wieder und hoffen das die kleinen Mängel behoben sind.

Die gute Lage und das freundliche Personal . Frühstück besonderer Klasse!!

Cons:

Die Versorgung mit USB Anschlüssen ist nicht vorhanden. Hier ist großer Handlungsbedarf. Steckdosen am Boden etc. Alle >Geräte heute mit USB oder C Stecker!!

Prima, maar niet voor herhaling.
Pros:

De locatie is erg leuk! Midden in de oude stad. Het ontbijt was geweldig, heel veel keuze en verse producten. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

De kamer was erg donker, gehorig en warm. We hadden het raam open maar toch bleef het erg heet. In combinatie met hele dikke dekbedden was dat niet prettig. We werden meerdere keren wakker van geluiden uit de gang/lift (in het hotel zelf). De kamer is van zichzelf erg donker en ook de grote lamp deed het niet. Onze slaapervaring was niet positief door de temperatuur en geluidsoverlast.

The staff are so kind and efficient. Katharina and Timea were very kind till our loading into the taxi. Also, the restaurant under the same owner was excellent for food quality, ambiance, and the server, Thomas.

Ideale ligging en op korte loopafstand van de parkeergarage. Prima uitgebreid ontbijt met vriendelijk personeel.
Het restaurant is ook een aanrader voor typisch oostenrijks eten, verdeeld over 3 gezellige kamers.

Cons:

Op de badkamer waren geen badartikelen aanwezig. Slechts handzeep, shampoo en douchegel. Ik miste dus als meeste de conditioner en de badmuts. Vreemd dat zo'n hotel dit niet heeft.

1. Impossible de décharger les bagages devant l’hôtel, altgarage proche mais sans ascenseur et deux volées d’escaliers à porter les bagages. Aucune aide de l’hôtel.
