I read it’s about 600 years old. Modern inside. Amazing location, probably the best for any tourist. Good restaurant. Staff nice and atrentive.

Marvellous, friendly and just what we needed.
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay in this hotel. It is in a perfect location in the old town, traditional yet modern and up to date, very clean and wonderful, welcoming, staff. From Maria on the desk to Monica in the restaurant they couldn’t have been more helpful and a joy to talk to. The food was amazing with a plentiful choice to accommodate all tastes. We were in a cosy room which was small but all that we needed and spotlessly clean with everything you needed for your stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Innsbruck.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Stadthotel
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet .Die Betten waren sehr gut. Das Frühstück sehr ordentlich. Auch der Gastraum war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Lage ist für einen Stadtbesuch ausgezeichnet. Anzumerken ist noch ,dass das Restaurant im Hotel auch sehr gut ist.
Wir waren mit dem Auto angereist. Für diese gibt es in der Nähe eine Tiefgarage.

Top Lage, Küche und Ausstattung - alles fein :)
Pros:

Wir kannten das Hotel bereits von einem früheren Aufenthalt bzw. Besuchen im Restaurant. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die wunderschöne Altstadt von Innsbruck vor der Tür, super Frühstück - ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Auch das Restaurant immer einen Besuch wert, nur für die Weinbar hatten wir dieses Mal leider keine Zeit. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Pros:

Located right in the old town, this is a wonderful hotel. The reception staff are wonderful.
Breakfast on the first floor was great. The street-level bar has a really nice menu. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Comfortable hotel in the old city
Pros:

The room was comfortable on the upper floor with two windows. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel cafe/tavern was excellent. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was a little dark.
