La nourriture est très fraîche et le petit-déjeuner est délicieux. De plus, le dernier jour, ne me sentant pas très bien, ils m’ont gentiment permis de garder la chambre deux heures après l’heure de départ, sans frais supplémentaires. Un véritable sens de l’hospitalité. Je recommande vivement.

Hôtel est très bien situé dans la zone piétonne, l’accueil très chaleureux et la chambre magnifique, avec beaucoup d’espace et bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié l’échange avec le personnel qui s’est montré aidant et de bons conseils. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Un grand plus le restaurant et le bar le soir, avec à nouveau un personnel au petits soins. On recommande!

La camera è piccola. Molto scenica il fatto di avere la doccia a vista ed il lavandino in camera ma alla fine la camera è piccola.

Fantastic breakfast with very good and friendly service. There’s a choice of the ground floor bar which servers food or 1st floor restaurant that use the same kitchen. I had a delicious apple strudel and coffee from the bar. I didn’t eat at the restaurant but heard from another guest it’s also very good.
I loved the bathroom, new, modern and I thought the tiling with the wet room was particularly nice. And a big TV.

Only small issue was a short flight of stairs to the great fifth floor suites.
De locatie is geweldig midden in het autovrije oude deel van de stad, het ontbijt is fantastisch en de mensen zijn heel vriendelijk. Leuk terras voor het hotel.
Wij hadden kamer 24, die was aan de kleine kant. De badkamer inclusief toilet was helemaal van glas, dat voelde wat onvrij. Ik was met mijn partner, dus dat ging wel. Met een vriendin had ik dit echt ongemakkelijk gevonden. En de klimaatbeheersing op onze kamer was niet fijn, heel luide airco die koude lucht in je gezicht blies of heel warm. 1 klein raampje dus daar konden we ook niet zoveel mee. Wellicht zijn andere kamers beter, maar deze was niet zo fijn.
