Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hinta/laatu poikkeuksellisen hyvä. Pohdin hyvän huoneen ja työpisteen vuoksi jäämistä toiseksi yöksi.

Located at the top floor. The room itself quite ordinary. No balcony. Windows high in the room. Want to see out need to stand up. Anoying noice from ventilation during daytime. Room nice and clean.

The dining options of this hotel was not appealing so we did not eat at the hotel during the week. 25 € each person for breakfast NO WAY. Dinner only on pre-booking and very pricy 60 € for evening menu.

Really good dining and breakfast alternatives very close to the hotel.

WIFI in the room non functional. 4G on phones barely reachable. Bring your own internet.

Indeed friendly staff. Ideal location for public transport, skiing and lift as well as all the nearby restaurants.

Very nice and clean hotel and room. Staff is kind and open answer all questions. Only two things were inconvenient; I could hear my neighbors through the wall and additional fee for parking by the hotel.

This hotel is clarly overpriced for the level of service you get. Supposedly a 4 star hotel, but no toiletry items at all in the bathroom, just a soap dispenser stuck on the wall; Poor breakfast buffet, in variety and quantity: I have seen better breakfasts in some 2 star hotels. The fact that they charged us an extra 72 Euros per night for a 3 year old child sharing his parents bed seemed to me really exagerated. Also, be prepared to move your luggage through the stairs as the elevator only reaches half floors. Even the picture of the swiming pool they put on their front page is not directly at the hotel, but it is the municipal swimming pool that is 10 min away, and to which they provide you with free entry tickets. An finally, although the reception ladies were quite nice, the manager was very rude to us and made us feel really unconfortable and unwecomed during our stay. In conclusion, not what we expected at all!

Gepflegtes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück, Halbpension kann zugebucht werden. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und alles Notwendige für einen Kurzurlaub vorhanden.
Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Empfehlenswertes Sporthotel.
Das Personal war bis auf eine Mitarbeiterin sehr nett und - wenn gefragt - hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer war von den Abmessungen großzügig, die Austattung etwas bieder (aber durchaus stimmig). Der Fernseher war der kleinste den jeh gesehen habe (persönlich keinen großen Wert), dafür aber eine (Lese-)Sessel.
Auffällig war die Sauberkeit; durchweg tip top!
Angehm überrascht war ich von dem aufwendig und liebevoll gestalteten Saunabereich (Finische-, Bio- und noch eine weitere Bio-? Sauna)
Beim Frühstück ist der exzellente Kaffe hervorzuheben.
Die Parksituation kann etwas schwierig werden. Abgesehen davon könnte man sich Sorgen um Dachlawinen machen (in dem Fall dürfen die allermeisten Parkplätze entfallen)
Abends gibt es nur Halbpension, kein „à la Carte“, Restaurants sind aber fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Came to Sankt Johann in Tirol for a week of skiing. We ran into alot of problems on this trip but because of the great hospitality at the Crystal, we still had an enjoyable vacation. Everyone at the hotel is incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Food is very good and plentiful. Clean rooms, clean hotel and comfortable beds. One of the best things we enjoyed was the wellness area in the hotel - 3 different types of saunas that we had virtually to ourselves every day. The limited time that they are open is not a problem and works well for skiing. The hotel is nicely situated to both the ski lift and the main shopping area. No need to move your car throughout your entire stay. We would definitely stay here again, and would love to come back in the summer.

Typiskt Österrikiskt hotell som byggts för skidturism och som gick på sparlåga. Bar och restaurang var stängda.
Bra rum, snyggt och prydligt. Äldre, lite "trött" dam som ansvarade för receptionen.
Bäst av all var en mycket bra frukost, med bordsbetjäning.
Återkommer gärna under vintersäsongen, då hotellet har perfekt läge vid bergbanan.

Only at this hotel for one night so not much time to rate it. What we saw was all good. Hotel just down the road from the ski lift and quite close to the town (5mins brisk walk). Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Comfortable beds and room.

The family owned hotel is close to everything and is beautiful. The gondola ride is just a very short distance from the hotel. A downer is the lack of elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to have a work out. Everybody is nice and helpful here; they can keep your luggage if you have to check out but want to sight seen a bit more. I had a great stay.

The location at the bottom of the slopes is great. If you are used to staying it small European hotels, this one is average, which is to say the room is small, but clean and well kept. (I had a single room). Breakfast was good, I didn't have dinner at the hotel. The available internet was fast enough, 1.5M+. My only other comment is that the sauna is only open from 1530 - 1830, and not open on Sunday. So after a day of skiing until the last run at 1630, then a gluhwein at the bottom of the slopes, you have to rush to use the sauna. But the city's indoor pool and sauna center is a short walk from the hotel.
The St. Johann ski area is more for beginner to average skiers. So I will probably not go back. But if I did I would stay at this hotel again.
