Unser Traum-Ski-Urlaub seit Jahren, der BESTE!

Absolut SUPER Hotel!!!
In der Rezeption begrüßte uns eine Dame die außergewöhnlich positiv nett und kompetent war, so dass wir ein Gefühl von "nach Hause kommen" hatten. So begann der Urlaub hervorragend!!!
Lieben Dank dafür!
Sämtliche Rezeptionskräfte waren sehr positiv und besonders hat uns der Herr hinter der Bar positiv beeindruckt!!!
Wir durften ein außergewöhnlich leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück genießen...seit vielen Jahren des Ausprobieren das BESTE FRÜHSTÜCK in Österreich! Wir waren jeden Morgen begeistert und mehr als satt...einfach HAPPY!

Wir haben ein traumhaft schönes Zimmer bewohnen dürfen. Es wurde liebevoll sauber gehalten und wir bedanken uns bei den "Putzengeln"!!!

Very nice hotel in a good location for both town centre and not far from the slopes. Recommended.
Pros:

Large comfortable room with plenty of storage, very good buffet breakfast and helpful polite staff. Hotel location ideal for both the town centre restaurants and not too far from the ski areas.

Would have liked a coffee maker/kettle in the room

het personeel was gastvrij en de sfeer was goed. De Wellness was nieuw en goed.

de gemoedelijke sfeer in het hotel

Cons:

de keuken was minimaal uitgerust met servies etc. We moesten regelmatig vragen om glazen en bestek etc.

Pros:

We waren met de trein. Het hotel lag tegenover het station. We hadden een ruime kamer en heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt.

Das Frühstück war gut.
Bei der Ankunft hat uns eine sehr freundliche Dame empfangen. Danach war die Reception durch Männer besetzt, was ok war mit der Freundlichkeit, aber nicht mehr.
