Insgesamt gut. Der neue Spa Bereich ist toll. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, so auch das Bett mit seinen zwei Einzelmatratzen. Bei Ankunft lief das Wasser im Waschbecken nicht ab und das Toilettenpapier war fast alle. Das wurde im Lauf des Abends repariert. Vom Frühstücksbuffet zu unserem Tisch mussten wir durch zwei Türen, an der Rezeption vorbei. Zu weit. Jeder einzelne war bemüht, auf uns wirkte das Team jedoch nicht eingespielt.

Perfect hotel in Holzgau
Pros:

The best hotel I have stayed in during my Europe trip. Holzgau is beautiful little village with plenty hiking trails around. 200 m long suspension bridge is only 30 min away. Great breakfast. Looking forward to stay again next year.

Wir verbrachten die Weihnachtsfeiertage hier und genossen die Zeit in der Region als auch in der Umgebung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen, den Zimmern und dem Wellnessbereich. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Das appartment war sehr gut gelegen, man konnte supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurant schnell erreichen. Auch für Wanderungen ein sehr zentraler startpunkt! Alles gut durchdacht, auch Sauna und trocken Bereich!!!👍

그야말로 최악의 호텔, 불친절하고 게다가 거짓말까지.. 정말 황당하고 어처구니가 없었던 호텔. 가격비교에 나타나있지도 않은 별도의 청소비 청구(1박에 거금의 호텔 청소비를 받는 곳은 처음 봤음)는 문제도 아님, 거기다가 거짓말로 손님을 우롱하고 협박하는 직원들...정말 경찰에 신고하고 싶은 치가 떨리는 호텔. 절대 비추!!!!

Nice hotel, however, be careful for hidden charges

The hotel facilities are incredibly convenient to local skiing with a free shuttle that picks up directly outside of the hotel. The hotel and grounds are well maintained and clean. Our room was nice, however, the furniture was uncomfortable and the bathroom did not have a shower, only a bath tub. Travelers should be very cautious when booking this location as there were multiple hidden per-person charges for which the hotel staff refused to negotiate because we had booked through Hotels.com.
