Fantastic hotel, poor security for ski equipment.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. 10 minute walk to ski lift. In centre Kitz

Cons:

We were on a skiing holiday and my skis were stolen on first day. I reported to police and went to get replacements on ski insurance from hire shop, and those skis got stolen on second day. There were no lockers in ski room so a 'free for all'

Disappointing stay in an otherwise delightful hotel
Pros:

The central location in kitzbuehel is fabulous. Plenty of free car-parking space. Nice pool.

Cons:

Very unco-operative and unsatisfactory reception. A disappointing stay. I booked Tue-Thur & requested a change to Wed-Fri...change accepted. I queried the extra charge equal to one-night's stay and was informed it's due to the new dates costing more. I paid it but after found that info was just not true, as the exact same room catagory for Wed-Fri was offered at what I had paid for Tue-Thur. It turned out that I was charged a cancellation fee of the 1st night's stay on the original booking. At the hotel, they blamed it on Booking.com which is also not true. So I paid 700 € for 2 nights in March in a room which stank on arrival of ammonia in an effort to disguise smells entering from other bathrooms, something that I now read others have experienced and definitely needs to be put right.

Beautiful hotel with indoor pool and central location.
Pros:

Incredible location! Absolutely gorgeous pool and wellness center. Very polite and professional staff. Beautiful building comfy rooms. Even the single room was very comfortable.

Cons:

I wish they had a more complete fitness center with machines and weights. Some cooked to order items at breakfast would be really nice.

1. Extremely overpriced
2. Recommendation of a bad ski school (lowest rated in Kitzbuhel). The endorsement is so strong that they are immediately directing you to a red phone on their front desk where you call that ski school

Lovely hotel, great location, delicious food.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, great staff, excellent food, and brilliant location too. The spa is a great addition, although being super hot is not to my taste, but my fellow travellers loved it!

Cons:

There was some noise through the walls from bedrooms either side of mine, but it was fine for a short stay.

Gute zentrale Lage. Große Zimmer gute Parkmöglichkeiten hinter dem Haus

Cons:

Zuerst wurde uns ein renoviertes Dachzimmer ohne Fenster, nur mit einem Oberlicht und Zugang über eine Treppe, weil der Aufzug nicht bis nach ganz oben fuhr, angeboten. Auf Grund unserer Reklamation hat man, nicht besonders freundlich, uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht.

Great resort in Kitzbühel for skiing.
Pros:

Location of the hotel was great and the breakfast was very good. Sauna was nice after skiing. Also, the ski room was very nice to allow the skis to dry after a day on the slopes.

Otel gayet güzel, kasabanın en hareketli noktasında diyebilirim. Odalar ferah büyük ve temizdi. Kahvaltı son derece zengindi.

Cons:

Odalar soğuk ve merkezi sistem olduğu için istediğiniz an odayı ısıtamıyorsunuz. Nerdeyse 40m2lik odada sadece bir tane petek vardı. Rezervasyon yaparken çocuklar ve kendimiz için iki ayrı oda ayırttık ama otele gittiğimizde odaların bir tanesi -1 katta bir diğeri ise 3.katta verildi. İki odabarası daha uzak olamazdın:) düzeltmelerini rica ettik ama ilave para istediler.
