Lovely quiet getaway near to the mountains for hiking or skiing,
Pros:

Comfortable bed; hot and powerful shower; clean; great view from a balcony. Very quiet and comfortable temperature, with windows that could open.

Cons:

Not the most convenient to Innsbruck, though the J bus runs regularly. Breakfast was okay, but could have had more fruit.

Pros:

The location is two blocks off the main road through the village of Igls, right up against farm fields. Beautiful views in all direction! A short walk to a well-stocked grocery store and the bus station to take you in and out of Innsbruck. A slightly longer walk takes you to a historic tram that takes a beautiful winding route through woods into Innsbruck. Lovely!

I loved everything about the hotel I stayed in. It’s only a 19-minute bus ride from Innsbruck Station, plus a short 5-minute walk, so it was very convenient. Check-in was easy, and the mountain views were absolutely amazing. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and the bread and honey were especially delicious.
