Pros:

Very scenic hotel, but woman running the bar acted pretty inappropriately, flirting overtly with guests who were not welcoming it and touching people inappropriately — not up to Relais Chateaux standards of staff.

A little jewel overlooking Kitzbuehel
Pros:

Very attentive staff, always striving to make the guest experience memorable. I particularly liked the breakfast: lots of choice, even though I was focused on the fresh berries and the freshly squeezed juices. The ski room was clean, well kept and well lit. Shuttle to/from the Hahnenkamm gondola was convenient. Our suite had two separate bathrooms. When leaving, the reception spontaneously gave us snacks and bottle water for the road.

A great stay
Pros:

A wonderful hotel set just outside the village. Lovely rooms and the staff very friendly. Food is superb a varied menu complimented with a good selection of wines. Very traditional feeling which we enjoyed.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE
Pros:

We had the best stay honestly. The staff was so amazing ,super accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You could really feel how much they cared about making everyone comfortable.

The rooms were immaculately clean everyday, which made everything feel even more relaxing.

Especially Valentina at the front desk and Matthias our driver they were our absolute favorites. This was a girls trip and they made us feel so welcomed and at home the entire time. Valentina was just the sweetest and Matthias was so kind and fun to talk to. They both really went above and beyond for us.

We’re already saying we want to come back and we definitely will. 💕

P.S the breakfast at the main restaurant is a MUST

Cons:

El transporte tardaba a veces hasta 35 minutos recogiéndolo a uno en la estación de esquí (góndola). Decían que cada 10 minutos venía transporte pero jamás sucedió así desafortunadamente. Creo necesitan adquirir otro mini van y conductor porque no dan a basto. De resto todo perfecto! 🤩

Great hotel, arrogant front desk staff
Pros:

Great hotel, amazing service from the staff (outside the front desk) and the hotel has an amazing vibe!! I would give it 5 Star rating, however because of one employee in particular I can not. The management of the hotel should strongly consider the behavior of their front desk staff. The gentleman working the front desk was great, however the lady (blonde, Russian speaking) was extremely unfriendly and arrogant. Has the attitude of "tough luck" and seems bothered with any and all requests. Hotel of this level should not have such a person interact with its customers, as she is a reason we might not return.

Grundsätzlich sehr schönes kleines Boutique Hotel mit schwacher Gastronomie

Personal im Hotel sehr nett u hilfsbereit, insbesondere Rezeption und Fahrer!
Sehr Kinderfreundlich!

Cons:

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, für warmwasser muss man den Hahn mehrere Minuten laufen lassen.
Flasche Mineralwasser nicht im Turn down enthalten u kostet 20€ extra..
Restaurant entspricht weder vom Personal noch von den Speisen dem Anspruch des Hotels. Es werden Gänge vergessen u dann 20 Minuten warmgestellt.
Die Weinkarte ist sehr dünn u trotzdem vieles nicht vorrätig. Preisniveau im Restaurant auch für Kitzbühel überhöht.
