Lovely stay. All staff delightful. Food excellent.
Pros:

Breakfast excellent. Location excellent, Staff charming.

Cons:

Only minor grumbles.
No tea or cofee making facility in bedroom.
No books/library.
Shame as alot of local history and nature.
No english TV chanel or movie options.
Bathroom towels not the softest.
Would prefer memory foam cushions.
Would lrefer not to pay for slippers (only 2 euros, though).

The staff should be aware not to place single females in ground floor rooms. I respect that Kitzbhul citizens are wonderful, respectful people but that doesn’t apply to all their visitors. Secondly it’s about how the visitor feels, not them,

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in
Pros:

The only thing about this hotel is the location. It is a ski in ski out.

Cons:

The hotel staff and especially the owner and his wife who spoke to me after I check-out. They were so rude and did not at all want to hear what I had to say about my stay and how they did absolutely nothing when I asked them that I order 2 economy rooms but only got one like the description and the other one was like a extra room in a family room

Booked 2 rooms but only got 1 room like I booked. the other one did not have a Inner courtyard view and a minibar like in the description. Also in the description it said no outward facing view but my window was facing the lobby area so you had no privacy or could have the window open. When I spoke to the front desk she said she was going to but in a minibar and let me speak to the manager. that never happened. In the morning at breakfast there was a lack of service to offer you coffee or other things if you wanted from the kitchen. Over all a terrible experience for the 4 of us that were staying with you.

Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage und ideal zum Ski-Fahren mit Kind
Pros:

Sehr sauber, tolle Lage, perfekt zum Ski-Fahren, auch mit Kindern, mit Wellnessbereich, Ski-Keller und sogar Kinderspielraum. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut.

Cons:

Mir persönlich war der Pool etwas zu kalt, aber Mann und Kind hatten Schwimmspaß 😊

Aktivhotel Schweizerhof Kitzbühel has an excellent location, right in front of the A1 Hahnenkamm area, with very easy access to the gondola. The rooms were also very comfortable; we stayed in a Family Room and had a great overall experience. The hotel was clean and the staff was almost always very helpful.

Cons:

Our whole family tried the massage services. They weren’t bad, but they weren’t outstanding either. just average. so it’s good to set expectations. Another point that could be improved is the breakfast seating system. Each room had a designated table, but ours was in a dark corner at the back. Even after mentioning this on the first day and kindly requesting a brighter table closer to the windows, we were given the same table again on the second day. Only on the last day were we offered a table outside the breakfast room (which we appreciated). Still, I don’t think fixed table assignments are ideal and it would be great if this could be more flexible.

Gutes Haus mit sehr freundlichem Personal und zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, alle Zimmer mit Balkon, schöne sonnige Terrasse,

Cons:

Einige Zimmer haben noch ein „altes“ Bad.
Hier ist eine Modernisierung zwingend notwendig.
Dies wird aber nach Aussage der Mitarbeiter in der kommenden Zeit sukzessive erfolgen.
