Vorsicht, Nebengbäude als Köder, unflexibles Personal, nicht zu empfehlen, Frühstück okay, Preis/Leistung inakzeptab

das Frühstück im Haupthaus war okay

Cons:

Ich buche seit vielen Jahren über Booking, aber so einen Reinfall habe ich noch nicht erlebt.
Man muss beim buchen sehr vorsichtig sein, die Lockangebote beziehen sich auf das heruntergekommene 2km entfernte Nebengebäude Michaelahof und nicht auf das Alpenhotel Speckbacher Hof. Im Nebengebäude ist nämlich niemand vom Hotelpersonal anzutreffen, keine Rezeption, kein Frühstück, usw. keine Getränke. Man muss alles im Haupthaus machen und hin und her pendeln. Zusammenfassung: defektes Licht, keine Rolladen, kein Insektenschutz oder gar Klimaanlage, kaputte Matratze, keine Vorhänge in WC und Badezimmer, kein Badevorhang, beim Brausen steht man direkt vor dem Fenster Richtung Parkplatz ohne Sichtschutz, schreiende Kinder, Pferdestall gleich daneben, uralte Einrichtung, ca.40Jahre plus, abgelebte unhygienische Teppichböden, Aussenbereich/Garten völlig verfallen und ewig nicht mehr gepflegt,…..
Trotz der Option „zahlen in der Unterkunft“ war das Geld bei der Anreise für mein und das zweite Einzel-Zimmer meines Arbeitskollegen abgebucht…..
Mein Arbeitskollege muss mir nun den Zimmerpreis überweisen, auch das hatte ich noch nie.

Meine Anfrage zur Änderung wurde zügig bearbeitet und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst. Das Zimmer war riesig und alles war super sauber. Sauna konnte ich noch spät nutzen, obwohl ich gegen 19:30 Uhr angekommen war. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich (die Rezeptionistinnen, die Putzkräfte, die Kellnerin beim Frühstück). Alles top. Ich überlege, auf dem Rückweg nach Hause wieder zu kommen.

Pros:

Very nice room for the price I paid. Breath takings view from the balcony. Large bathroom, with both tub and standing shower. Nice toiletries. Both outside and underground free parking. Ample breakfast selection. I would definitely use it again if in the area.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück außergewöhnlich reichhaltig und lecker.

Cons:

Die Dependance ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Heizung nur zentral geregelt, so dass es viel zu warm war.

Mieszkałem w budynku hotelu który współpracował z hotelem głównym. Rewelacyjne śniadanie serwowane hotelu głównym pozostanie na zawsze w mojej pamięci !

Cons:

Warunki w hotelu gdzie mieszkałem (ok. 1,7km od głównego hotelu) były dość spartańskie ale odpowiadały opisowi w ofercie
