Breakfast was ok
The staff who works in reception is very arrogant, she has zero customer service and doesn't know how to be kind to guests.
The rooms are not the same as they put pictures, you have to drive more further to get your room. Of course they didn't have toilet paper until I asked.
Amazing

Großzügig gestaltete Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Gastgeber
Alles
Nichts
I was in desperate need of a place to stay in between two ski days and found this property on booking.com at a very special price. Deniz at the reception was the highlight of my stay. He was very kind, attentive to all my needs and only personnel I met at the hotel whom looked happy working there. He got me bathrobe that was missing in my room and made sure I could use the wellness center just before closing. The room I was given was suite in excellent size and condition. High quality amenities in the room but interestingly missing a phone to contact the reception….Beautiful view from balcony of the Tulfes mountain where I finally decided to ski due to close proximity. Overall, it is a beautiful property and the owner certainly has a vision but the final quality is lacking in execution of such vision especially in kitchen and service courtesy.
I had dinner in restaurant but both presentation and taste (green beans were not even edible) was only average for price paid. The waitress looked in a rush to feed me and kick me out of the restaurant just before 9 pm closure time. Breakfast selection looked impressive but lacked quality. Made to order omelette had an unpleasant smell and taste of oil used. Fresh fruits and juices were the best items. I returned to breakfast room a few minutes after finish time to get some tea for my mug to sip in the car and was not allowed by the waitress and un courteously asked to order with payment. At least Deniz gladly filled my water bottle before departure. I think rest of staff should learn about customer care from him.
Mega Bad
