Beautiful estate with excellent breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and the estate was beautiful

Cons:

We were in an 'adjacent room', and it turned out that it is in a different building 3minute drive away, i.e. not part of the same property

Vores “nye” værelser var fantastiske

Cons:

Bookingen gik på deres søster hotel lidt nede af vejen , dette Hotel var nedlagt og i sådan en ringe kvalitet at selv ikke hjemløse ville bebo det , hoved hotellet anvist så andre værelser , men de kostede os en herregård , så alt i alt en meget ufin metode at hive kunder ind i butikken via Booking , for så at rette op på “fejlen” efterfølgende med en kæmpe ekstra regning til følge

Bello e accogliente, ma...
Pros:

Albergo tipico della zona, molto bello, ben curato, con un personale molto accogliente e attento all'esigenze del cliente. La collazione davvero ottima, con tanta scelta a seconda delle preferenze di ognuno. Il terrazzo, stupendo, con una bella vista sulle montagne e sulla foresta. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. Ma solo se si sta nella struttura principale.

Cons:

Personalmente, ho avuto una spiacevole sorpresa essere spostato in una struttura convenzionata con quella principale, nonostante dalla prenotazione che ho fatto era precisato che la stanza era nella struttura principale. La struttura convenzionata era altrettanto accogliente, nulla da dire, ma non c'era la possibilità di poter stare fuori su un terrazzo, un bar, un ristorante, soprattutto dovo un lungo viaggio. Spostarmi altri 2 km per poter bere o magiare qualcosa nella struttura principale e poi ritornare, ho trovato non adatto e anche pericoloso per chi guida.
In più, avere sorprese del genere, lo trovo un po' come se fosse una sorta di "pubblicità ingannevole". Meglio precisare sin dall'inizio al cliente che la sua prenotazione sarà in un altra struttura, diversa da quella principale, dove non ha nulla, e spetterà al cliente decidere se vuole andare lì, oppure pagare la differenza per stare in quella principale, come è stato chiesto a me.

Good for relaxation, even for longer stays.
Pros:

Relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant is excellent, including the breakfast and coddee. The room was very clean and very well equipped. Free indoor parking was great.

Cons:

This being a 4 star hotel, there were some things to point out. The room was quite hot and I found it hard to sleep with the thick blankets. There was a constant greasy kitchen smell from the ventilation, which I mentioned to the receptionist. I had to keep the windows open all night to lower the temperature, so the noise of traffic from the road just below was quite annoying. Towel holder was unusable for it was off the wall.

Pros:

Personalet var venlige og dejligt at man kunne have hund med - de kom også med hundetæppe og skål.

Cons:

Værelset på gæstehuset var ok rent, men det var meget slidt og udeområde samt fællesområde fremstod beskidt på gæstehuset. Vi var ikke på selve hotellet, men gæstehuset som var 3 minutter væk. Vi blev dog tilbudt opgradering på selve hotellet, og det skulle vi nok have taget imod?

Прекрасное расположение. Большой комфортный номер с балконом. Завтрак восхитительный. Персонал приветливый. Большая ванная комната с наличием ванны и душа и еще и радио. Все понравилось, рекомендую!

Cons:

Хотела принять ванную, но горячей воды не было, походу муж всю израсходовал в душе. И в ванной хотелось бы поярче лампочки.

Cons:

The food options for vegans are very less only salad flammkuchen and Nepalese patty that's it ? and commuting to city centre is very challenging to go out and eat and come back was torture ofcourse U want to got out bcoz vegan food options are very less
