Pros:

Andrea front reception desk manager made my stay absolutely wonderful. During check-in Andrea realised I had a motorcycle (which I brought with me from Vancouver Canada) and since it was raining she gave me a private spot in the underground parking. I love my room, I also loved the indoor swimming pool and the outdoor jacuzzi. I had a very relaxing stay and Andrea made it a wonderful experience. ♥️🤙🏍️

Gutbürgerliches Alpenhotel in bester Ellmauer Lage. Empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Der Empfang sehr, sehr freundlich. Lage und der Ausblick von meinem Zimmer waren ausserordentlich gut. Der direkte Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser - unbezahlbar.

Cons:

Die Matratze in meinem Zimmer gehörte vermutlich noch zur Erstausstattung des Hotels (Baujahr 1947?). Nein, ein Scherz, ich übertreibe. Aber es war eine Schaumstoffmatratze, die ihre besten Zeiten weit hinter sich hatte. Für einen erwachsenen, normalgewichtigen Menschen schlicht eine Zumutung. Gleichwohl: Alles in allem war ich zufrieden.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und vielseitig. Das gesamte Hotel hatte sich durch eine sehr gute Sauberkeit ausgezeichnet. .Auch der Wellnesbereich war super! Das Personal geht auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein.

Byli jsme zde už potřetí a opět bylo všechno skvělé. Moc rádi se na toto místo a do tohoto hotelu vracíme. Úžasné prostředí, super ubytování, skvělé jídlo, velice milý a vstřícný personál.
