Toller Blick und tolles Personal
Pros:

Mein Zimmer hatte einen Eckbalkon, weswegen ich einen tollen Ausblick auf den Wilden Kaiser. Auch von den Wellnessbereichen hatte man einen tollen Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser.

Aber besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal. Super freundlich. Nicht nur am Empfang, sondern auch die Kellner beim Essen haben einem ein super Gefühl gegeben, dass man gut aufgehoben ist.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation ist leider sehr schwierig. Wenn man zu spät dran ist, muss man auf einem Parkplatz am Ortsende parken. Sind zwar nur 5 Min zu laufen, aber gerade im Sommer oder mit Einkäufen ist das nicht unbedingt angenehm.

Der Saunabereich sieht super modern aus und ist auch bestens ausgestattet. Der Poolbereich ist jedoch ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das hat irgendwie nicht zusammen gepasst.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden… Lage super.. Betten sehr bequem .. in unserem Zimmer hatten wir Toilette separat am Zimmer.. Wellnessbereich sehr schön.. konnten wir gut nutzen.. Frühstück hervorragend lecker..

Pros:

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war alles super gut. Das Essen erstklassig, die Zimmer groß und sehr sauber. Personal immer freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Da wir in einer sehr heißen Zeit unseren Aufenthalt hatten, war es leider im Speisesaal viel zu warm.

Pros:

Top Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung (Fitness & Wellness) und besonders hervorzuheben freundlich & zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Parkplätze meist voll (gab jedoch immer eine Lösung nach Absprache mit der Rezeption).

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen.
Pros:

Die Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden, die familiäre Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel und die gemütliche Ausstattung des Zimmers. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Cons:

Zu wenig Parkplätze direkt am Hotel, jedoch hat man die Möglichkeit, etwas außerhalb auf hoteleigenem Grund zu parken.

Kaiserliche Auszeit
Pros:

Schöne Lage mitten in Ellmau, toller Blick auf das Kaisergebirge. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Wir hatten Halbpension, reichliche Auswahl beim Frühstück und abends ein sehr hochwertiges 4 Gänge Menü mit der Wahl zwischen Fleisch, Fisch und vegetarisch. Schöner Wellness Bereich und mehrere Saunen und Ruhebereiche, auch teilweise Adults only. Zimmer und sämtliche Bereiche des Hotels sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir die Hotel eigens gedruckte Zeitung welche jeden Morgen am Tisch bereit lag. Hier bekam man täglich Tips zu Wanderrouten und Ausflügen sowie einen Überblick über Feste oder Termine in der Region. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge rund um den Kaiser.

Cons:

Leider bekamen wir die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie (von Booking COMFORT plus genannt mit renoviertem Zimmer) nicht. Zuerst wurde uns ein Zimmer im Tiroler-Stil, zwar groß aber altbacken, zugewiesen. Bei unserer Bitte zum Zimmerwechsel waren alle Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr bemüht und wir erhielten ein schöneres, neues Zimmer. Also verlasst euch nicht auf das von Booking genannte „COMFORT Plus“, dass sind nicht die Zimmer welche auf den Fotos dargestellt werden.
Ebenso ist die Parkplatzsituation leider unzureichend. Um das Hotel herum sind viel zu wenige Plätze und wir mussten mehrmals hinter dem Flora Hotel auf einem Wiesn Platz parken und ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß gehen.
