Pros:

Das Hotel war super und das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen.
Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war vor dem Zimmer ein Gerüst augebaut was uns die Aussicht nahm.

Convenient and comfortsble
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was comfortable and clean. The staff was VERY helpful.

Cons:

The ease of driving our own vehicle and getting our luggage out and into the hotel. Too busy with no where to pull over.

I love Innsbruck and this hotel was wonderful
Pros:

Breakfast was fabulous. The fruit spread was amazing. I am vegan and gluten free and there were options for me. I enjoyed breakfast so much. Seriously, the different kinds of fruit offered was like nothing else. There were at least four fruits I had never seen before. I like tea at night, so they gave me a plug in kettle for the time I was there. The location was spectacular.

Cons:

I think this is a me problem... I am yet to figure out how not to flood a European bathroom and keep the water in the shower :)
No complaints.
