Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine Kooperation mit einer in unmittelbarer Nähe liegenden Tiefgarage, diese ist gut zu erreichen und zusätzlich erschwinglich ist.
Die Aussicht von meinem Fenster ging direkt in die Berge.
Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig und das Restaurant optisch sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Internationale Gäste, welche den Frühstücksbereich als Meetingraum missbrauchten und den Anweisungen des Personals sich widersetzten.
Da das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen ist und sich die Hauptstrasse in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet, ist es sehr laut.

Pros:

I liked the location of the Hotel, its in the center of the City and easily accessible and also they provided me with an underground parking space as well.

Everything with this Hotel is Excellent, especially your employee in the evening shift Raagas, he is very kind and very helpful.
He ensured that our checkin was smooth and also provided us with the Welcome Cards.

Please convey my heartfelt thanks to Raagas, unfortunately I could not meeting as I checked out in the morning.

Lovely hotel which I would certainly recommend.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our one night stay and would definately stay again en route to the mountains for a ski holiday. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. You have a very good facility for storing luggage. The breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

I look forward to your new restaurant next winter for evening as it would have been convenient to eat in the hotel as we arrived mid evening and were tired.

Perfect place to stay for a city break.
Pros:

Great Location to see the city - right in the middle of everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly - we also got early access to our room which was appreciated.

Colazione eccezionale sia come varietà dell'offerta che come predisposizione dei tavoli e la qualità delle stoviglie. Pulizia camera impeccabile. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima, a 5 min a piedi dai punti di maggior attrazione turistica nel centro storico.

Cons:

Viaggiando con la macchina, abbiamo scelto questo hotel anche perché prometteva, secondo i filtri del Booking.com, il parcheggio incluso. Invece, il parcheggio era, di fatto, da pagare a parte (la tariffa "convenzionata" di 20 Euro al giorno offerta dall'hotel rispetto ai 21-25 Euro nei parcheggi pubblici vicini).

Sehr sauberes und komfortables Zimmer. Super sauber, top Dusche, Badtücher rochen sauber. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, fehlte an nichts. Grosse Auswahl an Essen. Gerne wieder.

Tolles Wochenende in Innsbruck
Pros:

Schnelles unkompliziertes Checkin, das Zimmer war schon vor 15 Uhr beziehbar, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum, leicht erreichbar und die Zimmer trotzdem ruhig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5.Stock - perfekt :)
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist traumhaft - es fällt an nichts :)

Schönes Stadthotel in zentraler Lage und doch ruhig. Allein wegen des außergewöhnlichen Frühstücks würde ich wiederkomme
Pros:

Ein außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück, stilvoll angerichtet! Besonders die große Auswahl. Frisches Obst war appetitlich vorgeschnitten und dabei auch exotische Früchte, die man sonst bei einem Hotelbuffet nicht sieht.
