Ich war schon öfters vor Ort und das Frühstück war wieder bestens. Der Service ist gut und man erhält bei Nachfragen vom Personal fast umgehend ein Antwortmail und eine freundliche Erledigung. Danke!

Die Lage ist optimal für einen Besuch der Altstadt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war für meine Ansprüche ausreichend und gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber es war alles sauber.

Redelijk hotel
Pros:

Aanwezigheid van een familiekamer voor 5 in de stad. Ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

Redelijk hotel. Kamer erg verouderd en wat zaken kapot (douchedeur, verlichting, gordijnen) Voor 1 nacht (doorreis) was het voldoende.

Clean, nice location and an excellent view of Innsbruck and the Alps!
Pros:

- The location is very central.
- The hotel is on a slight incline, so walking back up to hotel after tours etc. can be challenging for some.
- The breakfast area was nice and warm. They had everything you'd find at a typical hotel breakfast. They continuously refilled the food before it ran out.
- They can also store luggage before check-in or after check-out for a couple of hours, but you need to talk to the stuff because there are no lockers.
- We stayed on the top floor, which was perfect. The room was really clean.
- The mattress quality was really good.
!! Tipp: Exceptional views of the Alps and Innsbruck if you book upper floors.
Also, i want to thank again to Hotel Tautermann stuff for the room upgrade :))

Cons:

The room was cold when we entered our room at night.
The heater was off when we checked into the room, which we didn't know, and it took us a while to warm it up when we entered again in the evening. A brief explanation about this could have been given before we checked in.

Das Hotel hat mir gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, alles ist gut erreichbar.

Cittadina molto pulita e ben organizzata
Pros:

L'albergo si trova in una buona posizione a pochi minuti dal centro in zona tranquilla. Ci sono pochi posti auto su una rampa adiacente all'albergo e le auto sono una in coda all'altra (sequalcuno deve andarsene bisogna spostala).

Cons:

Alla reception ho trovato un ragazzo giovane poco accogliente.
