Amazing
Pros:

I loved this hotel, it's very well located, comfortable, clean, with a delicious breakfast and excellent service. I also really liked the hotel's style. My room had a beautiful wooden design, which made it super cozy and warm. Just a few meters away, there is a bus stop that takes you to the central station, and within a few minutes walking you can already reach the city/village center. The room I stayed in had an amazing mountain view. When I arrived, I was welcomed by a very kind and helpful staff member - unfortunately I don't remember his name to thank him properly. I highly recommend this place!

Pros:

La posizione dell'albergo è ottimale per il centro. Hanno anche un piccolo parcheggio gratuito dove poter lasciare l'auto

Cons:

Non c'è l'ascensore, noi eravamo al 4 piano. La colazione è molto semplice. LA camera, grande, è un po' vecchiotta.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich wende mich an Sie, um mich über meinen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel zu beschweren, der leider in vielerlei Hinsicht äußerst enttäuschend und inakzeptabel war.

Bereits bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass sich unser Zimmer in einem unzumutbaren Zustand befand. Auf der Fensterbank war Schimmel vorhanden, der Boden war deutlich verschmutzt und zudem herrschte ein unangenehmer Geruch im gesamten Zimmer. Dies ist hygienisch absolut nicht vertretbar.

Besonders erschreckend war jedoch das Verhalten Ihrer Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Als ich darum bat, unsere Koffer in die vierte Etage bringen zu lassen, wurde mir in einem respektlosen Ton gesagt, dass „meine Mädels das machen sollen“, da sie das nicht tun müsse. Auf meine Nachfrage, wie sie mit Gästen spreche, antwortete sie lediglich, dass es ihr egal sei. Auch als ich ankündigte, mich über dieses Verhalten zu beschweren, reagierte sie gleichgültig und wiederholte, dass es ihr egal sei.

Dieses Verhalten ist absolut unprofessionell und respektlos gegenüber Gästen.

Zusätzlich mussten sich meine Kinder unter unzumutbaren Umständen im Toilettenbereich anziehen und fertig machen, was keinesfalls akzeptabel ist.

Ich befinde mich aktuell im vierten Monat meiner Schwangerschaft. In dieser Situation von mir zu verlangen, dass meine Begleitung schwere Koffer mehrere Etagen hinaufträgt, und dies mit der Begründung, sie seien „stark genug“, ist nicht nur respektlos, sondern auch völlig unangemessen.

Des Weiteren ist die Lage Ihres Hotels äußerst ungünstig. Es ist sehr versteckt und schwer zu erreichen, sodass wir uns insgesamt dreimal verfahren haben.

Ein weiterer, für uns besonders kritischer Punkt betrifft die Hygienestandards im Essensbereich: Für Käse wurde dasselbe Tablett verwendet wie für Schweinefleisch. Dies ist absolut inakzeptabel und zeugt von mangelndem Bewusstsein für Hygiene und mögliche religiöse bzw. persönliche Vorschriften.

Uitstekende locatie en parkeergelegenheid. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede bedden. Ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

Het sanitair. De douchekop bleef niet op plaats waardoor douchen lastig was. Hele kleine badkamer.
