Too Hot for Summer
Pros:

Hotel staff and location were great. However, when it’s hot out, their A/C does not keep up. We were on the first floor (thankfully) and our room was at least 24C even when it was set to 21. Hotel staff solution was to offer a fan. Our room had no windows so we were trapped. A friend of ours was on the 2nd floor and he said it was even hotter. Our recommendation is to stay away in the summer months. We did not have this experience anywhere else in Europe.

Good hotel located central Innsbruck
Pros:

The hotel is located in the center of Innsbruck, it is a modern hotel

Cons:

The car park was not easy to find (about 5-10min walking distance from the hotel with luggage’s) and it was annoying having to go to the reception everyday to validate the car park ticket, adding this in the package would make the guests more comfortable.
The breakfast is good but expensive as I did not book a room with breakfast (we booked 2 rooms for 4 nights as we were 2 adults with 2 teenagers)
Our mattress was not good there was a hole in the side of my wife, we informed the receptionist who offered us the car park fee (15€) as compensation

Pros:

Posizione eccellente, design moderno e curato
La ragazza in reception, Vittoria, molto professionale e accogliente.

Cons:

In camera il sistema di areazione non permette di dormire bene, e’ rumoroso e troppo vicino al letto. Faceva troppo caldo.

Einfach perfekt uns hat es an nichts gefehlt
Pros:

Frühstück war Super und alles andere auch jederzeit wieder

Cons:

Alles wüssre nichts negatives zu sagen, waren Wunderschöne Ferien. Wir haben es sehr genossen, wie gewohnt waren alle sehr Gastfteundlich. Wir werden wieder in das Hotel gehen.

Pros:

Super beliggenhed og virkelig fantastisk personale, som alle var meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Rigtig lækker morgenmad med stort udvalg og vidunderlig udsigt - og også gode drinks i baren om aftenen.

Pros:

The interior of the room was well designed with the comfort of guests also taking into consideration. The room was visually appealing, and it felt very luxurious staying in the room. The staff were attentive and kind. We were given a list of restaurants we could try (we tried two restaurants on the list, and they were delicious), and we were also given a free transportation card. We wished we could extend our stay.

Cons:

The air conditioning was always consistent. The temperature was sometimes off.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr schön, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war schön und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Baustelle vor dem Hotel hat für ein wenig Lärm gesorgt und das keine direkten Parkplätze vorhanden sind hat schon sehr gestört.
