Tolles Design Hotel mit individueller Persönlichkeit
Pros:

Tolles Design Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal, ganz viel Herz und Seele und Persönlichkeit. Und einem wirklich fantastischen Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war mit 16qm schon klein, wussten wir aber und war halt kuschelig. Es dürften ruhig einmal ein paar schwarze Streifen an den Wänden mit einem Schmutzradierer entfernt werden.

Emplacement parfait, au coeur de ville.
Personnel d'une forte sympathie.
La chambre "patio" était très agréable.

Cons:

La climatisation aurait été un plus. Il faisait chaud la nuit et aucune possibilité de mettre l'AC à ce moment.

Pros:

Находится в центре, в старинном здании после реновации. Чисто, тихо, завтрак вкусный. Останавливаюсь каждый раз, когда в Инсбруке. На одну ночь идеально.

Cons:

Нет чайника и холодильника. Номер малюсенький. Раковина в самой комнате, душ и туалет отдельно. После душа надо выйти в саму комнату и уже там брать полотенце, крема и тд.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center.

Cons:

The room was dark, which is somewhat understandable for a house this old, however, I would have appreciated more lamps or ceiling lights as a result. The heated towel rail didn't work at all, and the room lacked any kind of wardrobe or shelf for clothes. As for the breakfast, it was rather subpar considering the price.
What I must mention is the noise at night. We stayed on the floor directly below the top floor, which houses the reception, breakfast area, and bar. Every night around midnight, there were several hours of furniture dragging, accompanied by occasional loud bangs and other noises that made it almost impossible to sleep. I later found out that this is a scheduled nightly cleaning routine, which is inconsiderate toward guests staying on the 5th floor.

Top Haus in top Lage
Pros:

Bei Anreise haben wir einen Begrüßungsdrink erhalten. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Das Zimmer neben dem Lift war sehr leise. Die Lage für uns war ideal, sehr zentral. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und alles war fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Wir haben kein Frühstück gebucht, da uns der Preis etwas hoch schien. Vielleicht ist es auch gerechtfertigt für das was geboten wird (haben wir nicht gesehen). Ich muss auch sagen, wir sind nicht die, die in der Früh viel essen können. Da reicht auch Kaffee und Croissant von der Bäckerei gegenüber.
Das soll keine Kritik sein, es ist nur unsere Meinung.

Mega-Lage und tolle Bar, leider recht laut nachts
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, z. B. zum Goldenen Dachl kann man aus dem Fenster schauen. Restaurants sind genügen in der Gegend und in Laufnähe. Die Bar hat lange geöffnet

Cons:

Wir hatten die Golden Roof Suite im 4. Stock. Nachts um 24 Uhr haben wir ein Fenster geöffnet, jedoch war der Lärm der Jugendlichen Party-Leute so laut, dass wir es selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster noch so gut hören konnten, dass es uns um unseren Schlaf gebracht hat. Da hat auch draußen keiner etwas unternommen, was wir seltsam finden, da das schon Ruhestörung war. Eine Mitarbeiterin, der wir das morgens berichteten, sagte nur lapidar: "Seid ihr vom Land?" Was wir nicht sind aber in München wir nicht so laut gelärmt vor Hotels.
