Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und alles hat gepasst.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fussgängerzone und Nahe vom Congresszentrum. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Der Wasserstrahl in der Dusche war sehr schwach (4. Stock).

Sehr schönes, cooles und kuscheliges Hotel

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern renoviert! Besonders das freundliche Personal wird mir in Erinnerung bleiben. Alle Grüßen freundlich und haben ein Lächeln im Gesicht - daher haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und für die Größe praktisch ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr sehr gut! Das Angebot ist vielfältig, nicht überladen von guter Qualität! Dieses Hotel kann ich wirklich allen Menschen für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in Innsbruck nur ans Herz legen!

Cons:

Die Lage ist sehr toll und zentral - nur einige Meter vom Goldenen Dachl entfernt. Wir hatten unser Fenster in Richtung Herzog-Friedrich-Straße von Mi-Sa. Es war unmöglich bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Ein Gegröle jeden Tag bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Ich war schon in vielen Städten, aber so rücksichtslose Menschen sind mir selten untergekommen. Kaum war die Partygemeinschaft weg, gab es Baulärm oder Müllentsorgung. Dafür kann aber natürlich das Hotel absolut nichts. Für zarte Schläfer:innen empfiehlt sich bestimmt darauf zu achten ein Zimmer in die andere Richtung zu buchen. Ich habe mir Ohrenstöpsel gekauft. Damit ging es halbwegs.
Die Kontaktaufnahme via Booking.com, E-Mail und WhatsApp mit den selben Inhalten fand ich auch etwas zu viel des Guten, habe aber dann auch per WhatsApp kommuniziert.
Matratzen sind sehr weich und etwas durchgelegen.

Thank you for the high quality experience!
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, quiet , chic and cosy. The room is clean , warm and they clean it every day and put new towels . The reception is a bar too which has very delicious cocktails and excellent service. The breakfast is sooo tasty with the best products from extra virgin Greek olive oil , until the amazing vanilla honey from the Alps .

Sehr stilvoll, schöne Räumlichkeiten, tolle Architektur und unschlagbare Lage! Auch das Frühstück mit Blick auf die Berge und den Stadtturm mit alles regionalen zutaten war ein highlight

Cons:

Apropos Frühstück - die Sessel und kleinen Tische sind abends beim Cocktail kein thema, zum Frühstücken aber eher müßig. Die Dame die uns bedient hat war nett aber sprach kein Englisch und hat uns auf deutsch auch nicht super verstanden. Es kam zu einiger Verwirrung. Wir haben es mit Humor genommen
