Pros:

The price was reasonable. The pictures looked good. The parking was free. The location was easy to walk to the train station and downtown area. It is a place to stay but only in a bind.

Cons:

The location was a bit questionable. There were a few interesting characters hanging around the ground floor outside. The glass of the exterior door, by the parking garage, was broken out. There was a bit of noise from the train tracks. The pillows and towels were substandard. There were only little packets for shower soap/ shampoo. No hair conditioner. The room was showing its age, not like what was in the pictures. The low score on the reviews is pretty accurate.
