Die Erwartungen nicht im geringsten erfüllt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war einigermaßen gut. Auch die Mitarbeiter haben sich bemüht. Allerdings ist der Kaffee nicht wirklich ansprechend

Cons:

Es ist mir unerklärlich, wie dieses Hotel zu 4 Sternen kommt.Das Zimmer ist abgewohnt und die Matratze viel zu weich. Außerdem ist die Matratze nur ein großer Schaumstoffkeil.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Netter Aufenthaltsbereich mit 2 Massagesesseln, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, 5 Min vom Bahnhof
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist durchschnittlich, aber gemütlich, die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Sauberkeit ist tadellos.
Die Lage ist direkt an der Bahn, es gibt aber keine unangenehme Lärmbelästigung, vom Frühstücksbereich kann man dem Verkehr am Bahnhof zusehen.

Frühstück ok, im Speiseraum waren Schmutzreste sowohl am Boden als auch im Bereich der Fenster

unangenehmer Geruch, der meiner Recherche nach aus der Lüftungsanlage kam
