15 let ze obiskujemo ta hotel in je odlicen v vsem.Blizu Ljubljane. Ogromen parking. Dostop na smucisce, ogromen spa, savne, bazeni, odlicen za druzine z otrocki, odlicen za vse.Ogromne igralnice... Hrana, pijaca, tudi v baru, vse allinclusive. Mala vas ampak ce si v taksnem hotelu ne pogresas.nicesar. Tudi smucisca so za vsakega smucarja. Za najmlajse,ki se sele ucijo pa je ob hotelu...

Pros:

Food was always really good, completely exceeding expectations! Pools are also great.

Cons:

The hotel in itself is a combination of multiple old buildings that have a bit outdated decor/style, especially carpeted rooms. Outside pool water could be a bit warmer.

Sehr schön kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

- Direkt an der skipiste
- Skifach direkt im Gebäude
- Skischule und verleih im hotel (bezahlung über zimmer)
- Privatlehrer möglich (omar total freundlich )
- Neue gondel lifte 5 minuten entfernt
- An Weihnachten kam sogar der Weihnachtsmann 😍(geschenke konnte man vorher an der Rezeption abgeben)
- Essen in form von buffet, total lecker, jeden Abend gab es andere Kreationen verschiedene Themenabende, immer was leckeres für kinder
- Kinderbesteck, - teller und auch Lätzchen vorhanden
- An der skipiste gab es die eisbar mit leckeren Warmen und kalten Getränken
- Riesen großer indoorspielplatt mit rutsche - auch für kleinere geeignet
- Parplatz kostenlos 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt

Verwirrende Zahlungsmethoden
Pros:

Das Angebot für Kinder ist sehr vielfältig. Poolsnlage ist sehr schön. Frphstpcks- und Abendbuffet sehr gut und es gibt für jeden etwas.

Cons:

Wir mussten den gesamten Aufenthalt im voraus direkt an die Falkensteiner Gruppe überweisen, obwohl wir über bookingcom gebucht haben und es bei der Buchung nicht so ausgewiesen wurde.. Wenn in der Buchung steht, dass nan vor Ort die Rechnung begleichen kann und man aber dann den gesamten Betrag direkt ein Monat vor Reiseantritt an das Hotel überweisen muss, ist diese Vorgangsweise nicht korrekt.

Snídaně, oběd, večeře vynikající, velký výběr všech potravin i dostatek pití pro každého. Lokalita perfektní, jsme tu ubytovaní už po několikáté za sebou.

Wir haben als Paar drei Familien für drei Tage besucht und waren sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Küche: Frühstück, Vor- und Hauptspeiden waren ausgezeichnet!
Der Spabereich sehr schön und großzügig.
Die Angebote für Kinder inklusive Hallenbad super!
An der Piste gelegen

Cons:

Der Zustand der Gänge und im Bereich der Aufzüge und Bar hat uns eher an ein Schulschikursquartier erinnert. Ist aber nich schlimm, schon lange nicht mehr renoviert.

Although I only stayed one night, I am very satisfied with the hotel and the service.
