Pros:

We had a wonderful family stay here. The staff were warm, the room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a highlight — the water temperature was just right, warm and comfortable for the little ones to swim in.

Ajánlom. Csodaszép környezet és szállás!
Pros:

Gyönyörű a szálloda, a környezet. Kedves a személyzet, jó programok vannak a gyerekeknek. Nagyon tiszta, tágas terek. A reggeli kimondottan sokféle és változatos. Életem legfinomabb gofriját ettem itt meg.

Cons:

A “minidiszkó” nagyon kezdetleges. Kevés dolog van angolul is kiírva.

La prestation globale, l'amabilité du personnel, le calme de l'hôtel, de la station en attendant l'hiver. J'essaierai l'hôtel en Hiver.

Cons:

Juste un petit effort sur les plats principaux de la pension complète et les desserts. La nudité dans le Spa n'est parfois pas respecté, par certains clients qui gardent leurs maillots de bain ou short, dans le sauna ou le hammam alors qu'ils sont proscrits dans l'espace Spa.

camera arredata anni 70, la doccia era un loculo, in bagno non potevo fare pipì in piedi a causa del tetto basso. Personale in reception in difficoltà con l'inglese. Scarsa la pulizia.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's aesthetic, the swimming pool, and the evening activities. Our room was also beautiful, and the staff was very nice.

Cons:

It is high time to change the bed mattress which is very soft and thus not easy for big guys like me to sleep on. The pillow was very soft as well but I got a replacement pillow which was tougher. Also the children's playroom Underground is not ventilated enough and smells stuffed.

Prachtig familiehotel in een mooie omgeving!
Pros:

We verbleven voor de 2de keer in dit hotel (gezin met 2 jonge kinderen). Het ligt in een mooi dorpje met verschillende kabelbanen in de buurt. Dit hotel heeft echt alles wat je nodig hebt om te kunnen genieten als gezin. Lekker diner, met aparte kindermenu's en zeer vlotte bediening aan tafel. HEERLIJK ontbijt, zeer uitgebreid en veel verse producten (sapjes, alle soorten eibereidingen, zoet, yoghurt, brood, zaden, noten, vers fruit, ...). Ook in de namiddag was er steeds een klein buffet en taart om 15h. Er zijn 2 grote zwembaden (1 binnen en 1 buiten), beiden heerlijk warm van temperatuur. Er was een leuke gym met kwaliteitsvolle apparatuur (technogym). De kamers zijn traditioneel, maar zeer mooi. We verbleven in een kamer met een stapelbed voor de kinderen. Er is ook een grote kidsclub met indoor speeltuin die open is van 9h tot 21h. Wij gaan zeker en vast terug!

Cons:

Enkel de hoofdkussens waren nogal aan de dunne kant.

Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit sehr aufmerksam, Frühstück abwechslungsreich und für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Perfekt zum Entspannen und Genießen.

Cons:

Buchung kontrollieren erst das dritte Zimmer war das gebuchte(Anbieter kontaktiert, hat 2 Stunden gedauert) Funktion kontrollieren (Handbrause, Kühlschranklicht)
