Pros:

Výborná poloha, blízko lanovky a vlekov, ale aj iných aktivít. Príjemný, ochotný personál. Príjemná rodinná atmosféra v hoteli. Výborná strava z miestnych produktov. Veľký a skvele vybavený detský kútik, nie len pre deti, ale pre celú rodinu. Príjemný bonus v podobe poobeňajšieho snacku.

Cons:

Raňajková káva len na objednanie.

Zentrale Lage, gutes Essen, passende Zimmer, gutes Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis, spitzen Personal!
Pros:

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Alle unsere Extrawünsche wurden, so weit es möglich war, sofort erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend, auch das Abendessen der HP war sehr lecker. Begleitende Weine mit Sorgfalt ausgesucht. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Mein Einzelzimmer war etwas klein, dafür das Badezimmer riesig.

Ganz ehrlich ich habe mir etwas anderes erwartet und vorgestellt bei der Sternen Anzahl für österreichisch Verhältnisse
Pros:

Die Lage und das Personal und das war’s dann.

Cons:

Zimmer Aufteilung zwischen Bad und Wohnbereich. Das Bad war sehr groß während der Wohnbereich eher klein war.
Beim Abendessen hat der Koch das Essen vermutlich nicht einmal Probiert. Das erstmal beim Desert vermutlich 10 Kilo Zucker drinnen.
Beim Zweiten Mal beim Hauptgericht 0 Geschmack bei einem Tafelspitz ! Wie auch immer alles etwas Lieblos .
Beim Pool wäre auch eine Bodenreinigung und eine Reparatur der Massage Einrichtungen nötig den diese funktionierten gar nicht.
Außerdem war auch kein Arbeitsbereich vorhanden wenn sie schnell etwas zu erledigen habe kann ich nur sagen versucht es erst garnicht.

Pieknie położony hotel. Okolica sprzyja górskim aktywnością. Można się zrelaksować w saunie lub na basenie. Dla dzieci wspaniałe zorganizowana bawialnia. Bardzo dobre posiłki. Obsługa w recepcji bardzo pomocna i przyjazna.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji. Średnio posprzątane pokoje. Personel w restauracji mało komunikatywny; slaba znajomość angielskiego.

Cons:

A szoba a fényképen erkélyes volt, amikor rákérdeztem, felárért kaptunk volna erkélyeset. Vacsorázni nem tudtunk ott, mert nem volt szabad asztal. A szobához kifizetett reggelit sem tudtuk az étteremben fogyasztani, mert közölték, hiába van szobánk, nincs szabad asztaluk. Azt gondolom, egy 4* szállodában a szállóvendég kéne az első legyen.

Perfect stay !
Pros:

Delicious food !!! I am working in hospitality business taking care of 3-5 stars hotels and these meals ( especially served a la card dimmer) was upscale 5 star . Congrats for Chef 💪! And vey good and friendly service .

Cons:

All ok - only maybe housekeeping should look more carefully at empty bottles of soap.
