Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Das Personal dort war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer, die gesamte Grünanlage und der Ausblick sind sehr schön.
Die Dame am Empfang wirkte desinteressiert und war nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Am Freitag Abend war im Restaurant des Hotels eine Veranstaltung mit lauter Musik, die in unserem Zimmer gut hörbar war. Wir konnten bis zum Ende der Party nicht schlafen. Auch der Hinweis an die Rezeption, dass sie Musik sehr laut sei, führte zu keiner nennenswerten Reduktion der Lautstärke.
Bis auf die Sauberkeit im Zimmer, alles!

Sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer und freundliche Bedienung
Wir waren nur 2 Nächte da. Es war alles optimal. Ausstattung sooo geschmackvoll. Frühstück könnte nicht besser sein. Ein Abendessen haben wir uns gegönnt. Wirklich gut. Ich habe auch Sauna besucht, Ruhebereich ebenfalls top. Zusammengefasst: nichts zu viel, nichts zu wenig. So kann man Hotel auch machen.
Wir benutzten öffentlichen Bus. Nur 3 Gehminuten ist die Station. Unser Blick aus dem Zimmer ging direkt zu den schneebedeckten Karawanken.
Das Restaurant
Das es gar kein Whirlpool wie beschrieben wurde gab!der ganz Jährig geöffnet sein soll . Das war der Hauptgrund für meine Buchung ( wobei ich deswegen auch überlege nochmal über booking com zu buchen) Sauberkeit 9,5wer hat das vergeben möchte ich wissen??? Ich habe dort vier Nächte geschlafen und man hat nie die Dusche geputzt da waren Schaum Reste und Haare vom Vortag
