Super würde wieder kommen weil eben auch ohne Auto gut erreichbar und nahe zum See . Alle sehr nett.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Geräumig und sauber. Hatten Zimmer mit Küchenzeile. Sehr gute Lage - alles auch ohne Auto erreichbar und Bus sehr nahe.

Cons:

Wenn man eine Küche hat im Zimmer sollte diese auch dementsprechend ausgestattet sein :) also ich rege an ein bisschen mehr Geschirr und Töpfe und so automatisch reinzustellen. Wir haben aber auf Nachfrage alles bekommen.

Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Schöne ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Leider habe ich eine Suite gebucht, aber ein normales Zimmer bekommen. Nach Nachfrage haben wir uns geeinigt, dass ich das Zimmer behalte, weil keine Suite frei war, aber gratis Frühstück bekommen.

Raňajky a raňajkový personál skvelý, starožitné menážky z alpaky veľmi cool.

Cons:

1. V kúpelni nefungovala ventilácia - odsávanie, čo je dlhodobý nedostatok, keďže dvere boli zdeformované, skrútené vlhkosťou a nebolo možné ich zavrieť.
V kúpelni chýbal bidet, hoci priestor kúpelne to dovoľoval a nebola ani bidetová sprcha.

2. Vygélovaný arogantný sebastredný adonis-barman.
Cestovali sme z Florencie bez zastavenia a spýtali sme sa barmana, či by sme mohli dostať v hoteli večeru. odpoveď: Nie ! Máme akciu ! Navyše pošas nášho pobytu nás ani raz nepozdravil.

Nakoniec sme uprosili recepčnú, či by nám mohla zistiť, kde by sme sa v okolí mohli navečerať, čo spravila , aj nám rezervovala miesta.

The apartment was absolutely perfect. Very spacious. Great beds. I asked for a fan since it was a too warm to sleep without one. They brought a great one. Just good to know that there's no airconditioning that you can turn on / adjust although the apartment was sort of airconditioned, so not very warm.

Cons:

The breakfast. it didn't have a lot of options (for example not a lot of fresh fruit or fresh juices). The service was also not fantastic. We did like the eggs station where they make your eggs as you wish. And the lady in charge of the eggs station was very nice and helpful.

Pros:

A szálloda gyönyörű, ápolt környezetben van, a szobából szép kilátás nyílik a hegyekre. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész, kulturált. Jó volt az étterem is.
