Pros:

It’s centrally located with great transport links. I love this historic old building—vintage charm but spotlessly clean. Taxis arrive quickly here, and the room itself is decent overall.

There are a few issues I’d like to mention gently.
The sink basin is cracked and hasn’t been replaced. The shower curtain is too short, so water splashes all over the floor while bathing; I spent half an hour mopping up the mess. The shower tap also came loose and fell off when I used it.
The air conditioner makes loud running noises at night, which disturbed my sleep.
Besides, there are no Chinese signs. Many Chinese tourists visit Austria for the 2026 World Cup, and Chinese-language guides would be really helpful.
Though Klagenfurt is a tourist town, improving these small details will greatly lift guests’ experience and bring you more visitors. I hope these suggestions can help you make improvements.

Schönes , elegantes Hotel in der Innenstadt
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, wunderschöne Lobby. Und auch schönes Zimmer. Edel und Lage top.

Cons:

Gänge sind halt schon in die Jahre gekommen und zu dunkel. Tapete hatte an einer kleinen Stelle Riss. Bett war laut knarrend und ginge gemütlicher. Der Smart TV wäre bei dem Preis auch cool wenn er moderner wäre.
